I'm writing this review to say how much I appreciate Dr. Mai's dedication towards her patients. In the early phase of Covid19, the dental offices were forced to close. So although Dr. Mai couldn't see the patients, she took the time to call herself and check on my son's braces! We didn't even have a braces emergency, but goes to show how much she cared and this kept my son's braces going strong. Thanks again Dr. Mai.

If you’re looking for a great orthodontist go to Dr. Stephanie Mai! She is a fantastic person who genuinely cares about her patients, I always looked forward to seeing her during my appointments! I have my braces off now and love my smile but am sad I won’t see Dr. Mai every month! She worked hard to ensure my teeth were perfect and came off in a timely manner, I can’t recommend her enough!

Our son had his last official retainer visit recently, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Back in 2016, we met Dr Mai for a consult and booked to start braces right away. We simply clicked with her and knew she was the right doctor for us. We had met 2 other orthodontists prior to her, to see what we can do about our son’s missing tooth. We liked how Dr Mai presented the facts in a positive and collected way. It helped us as parents to make a decision. And Dr Mai treated our son as if he was her own. The staff were always helpful and chatty. We highly recommend Dr Mai. She definitely met our expectations and has worked wonders on our son’s smile and bite.
