Getting braces is a very scary and expensive endeavor. When it was our daughters turn we heard stories of scams and problems and on going costs. Well, none of that here. We could not be more pleased with Dr. Mai and have found her to be a genuinely wonderful person, not only in her knowledge, abilities, and personal values, but overall as a honest and person with great integrity. One of the rare ones, we are so glad we met her.

Both my son and daughter received excellent orthodontic care from Dr. Stephanie Mai and most recently Dr. Mai has been seeing me for my Invisalign treatment. Dr. Mai is exceptionally caring and takes time to explain the process in a friendly manner. Dr. Mai was also very helpful during an urgent situation (bracket came loose on my daughter's braces) during the early days of the pandemic and was accessible (by phone and email) and guided us to a temporary solution until my daughter could be seen in person. All three of us appreciated and valued Dr. Mai's approach to our family's orthodontic treatment over a 9 year span and highly recommend Dr. Mai for any orthodontic work!

From start to finish, she explains all treatment options in full, works with you to achieve the best result and most importantly takes the time needed with every appointment. My both my daughters(braces) and I (Invisalign) have been seeing Dr. Mai. She is an amazing orthodontist who is knowledgeable and friendly. She listens to your concerns and answers all your questions. I never feel rushed and she is invested to getting the best results possible. I highly recommend her!

I would recommend Dr Stephanie Mai to my family and friends. She was respectful throughout my entire Invisalign treatment. She is knowledgeable and professional too. Great staff and good experience. My teeth were pretty bad and I didn’t like my smile before. I look forward to smiling now and showing my teeth.

I want to thank Dr. Mai for making a positive impact on my treatment. A word of advice is to not underestimate associates in an office. Dr. Mai and my own family dentist are both associates; i.e. not owners. From my experience, I think associates are focused on clinical performance, and less likely distracted by administrative/financial targets. I had a stubborn lower incisor that wouldn't budge and I could not see any significant improvement over several months. But when Dr. Mai stepped in and took over my case, the tooth finally moved with her technique. She had control over the situation, I saw progress and there were no issues all the way until the end of treatment. I would suggest you see Dr. Mai for your orthodontic needs any day.

I would highly recommend Dr. Stephanie Mai. Apart from being extremely kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. Dr. Mai is the best orthodontist I know. Her level of expertise is second to none. Her approach is very personable and client specific. She takes the time to educate patients and parents on all treatment options available to them. She has a calming nature that makes you feel comfortable and at ease. No detail or concern is ever over looked or undermined. You will not only improve your smile but you will also gain a friend, I know I did! When being treated by Dr. Mai you will feel respected, valued and understood.

I would 100% recommend Dr. Mai! I went to Dr. Mai in July 2019 to understand the process for straightening my teeth as an adult. She was recommendation to me from my periodontist (for an unrelated teeth straightening procedures, but I was asking questions about my gums and straightening my teeth). After my consult, I knew this was the right fit and I booked right away to get started. You can tell Dr. Mai loves what she does and is amazing at giving patients the smile they are imagining. Beyond giving me straighter teeth, she opened up my bottom teeth so my tongue fits better in my mouth without constantly scraping against the edge of my teeth! I recently moved out of province and I am so sad I won’t be able to finish my treatment with Dr. Mai :(. As a side note, my new orthodontist said they really liked the worked that Dr. Mai had done. Dr. Mai went beyond my expectations for her professional work on my teeth, communication about expectations, and genuinely caring about my teeth. I would recommend her in a heartbeat!
