The receptionist was very friendly. The nurse was very friendly. On the other hand, the Dr told me in approximately 10 minutes how he hated his job, how he wouldn't let his kids become Dr's and how much he pays for rent and how he shouldn't have become a dr because he doesn't help anyone. Very unnerving experience. I won't be going back to see him
I just had a burn taken care of this morning at this location and all the staff were amazing. I've had the doctor before and he has always been super nice. I did notice this time that he was very angry and yes swearing like in previous comments so I asked him why. Turns out he was punished, called greedy and fined by his superiors and our government for taking too many patients. He was treating 110 patients every day but now he's only seeing 60-70. Yet another issue with our healthcare system. Good doctors being held back by our government. So if you have this doctor, give him a break. He is just trying to help as many people as possible and he is increadibly good at it.
went in beacuse I cut my finger and needed stitches. The nurses were OK although one was rude. When the Dr. Came in he was upset and swore in front of me. He was upset on the health Care system. He complained to me that he will only get $35 for stitching my finger up! And told me that he is sick and tired of this place and that he doesn't care anymore he will leave in a few months. I don't think this is the way to talk to your patients
Great Walk-in Clinic. My only complaint would be with follow-up on tests and referrals. I'm the one always calling them to find out if these things have been booked or received and when told they'll get back to me they don't normally do so. Staff however is very pleasant and you don't feel rused.
