The operator is so rude. When I asked her the Burnaby phone #, she told me to check in Google, it wasting her time for her. I thought your Dr. Work in Burnaby, atleast you should have BH on your desk. I understand it could frustrate when the day are busy. But your job is to answer only, no one take u more than 5 mins. You don't have to be rude to the client. If you can't do your job probably you don't have to stay there . But be nice when you answer the phone please. Thank you.

Had the most amazing experience with Dr. Wong and his dynamic duo nurses on the 18th. Dr. Wong was very generous in his time and attention as he fielded all my questions, then asked if I wanted to view the procedure on a monitor which was fascinating - felt like my colon was on the Discovery Channel. His nurses were stellar in their care and compassion, engaged me in conversation (which I am sure they did to assuage any anxiety I may have been experiencing because I do the same thing if a patient is having a root canal for the first time) and even had me laughing which is not what one would expect for a colonoscopy. Amazing Doctor with equally amazing nurses.

Why so much negativity for this doctor. I read all the reviews prior my appointment and I fot scared that Im seeing some impatient grumpy old man…. It was completely opposite, from the moment I entered the clinic I was welcomed by nice lady Nalini , who was super nice over phone too. Dr Wong was absolutely amazing, patient , asked questions and wrote everything down. Even if for my case wasn’t required to do colonoscopy or stomack screening, he still asked if I want to do it as my condition is triggered by anxiety and he understood that if Im reassured everything is fine I will relax and feel better. Amazing doctor .

Showed up literally 1 minute late on the clock and the doctor had already left, meaning he left at my appointment time. Super unprofessional I've never seen something like this before

Dr. Wong works extremely hard. I am First Nation. He is caring and compassionate. He is very polite with me which eases my health anxiety.

Waited months for him to half-listen, interrupt constantly, and get off the phone as soon as he could. No manners. Ask for a re-referral to a specialist that does not only care about billing MSP.

Had a colonoscopy. He explained the proicedure, risks involved and revocery process. Removed polyp, explained and that's it. Nice, polite, professional.

I came here to write review for dr Wong and I was shocked by all the negative comments. My experience with him has been very good so far. He is very knowledgable and polite despite what I saw on other comments. I got diagnosed with crohns in 2020 during covid and after I saw him in emergency room in burnaby hospital. After that I asked him to become my doctor. He did my colonoscopy Yesterday and removed a polyp in my colon and I felt confident while I was kind of awake during the whole process.

I read some reviews that made me fearful of visiting this doctor. When we met he was pleasant, direct and I couldn't have asked for a more knowledgeable doctor. He asked questions and made notes of all my replies and then was able to talk to me about my stomach problems. As you may imagine, I went for help not a chat session. If I could find a local physician for my day to day care who is as great as Dr/ Wong. life would be sweet!

Wow ….. I hadn’t read any of these reviews prior to my appointment; but my experiences tracks so many of the reviews listed.
Adding to this when I cancelled my appointment his office confirmed my colonoscopy had been cancelled ……. Problem is I was supposed to have an EGD (camera to my stomach via my mouth/throat)
