“We’re too busy to give second opinions”, direct quote from this Piece of work. If you can’t provide quality care to every patient who’s file crosses your desk, then you should probably quit the field. This dr is going to kill someone with his negligence. Rude and uninformed.

Not only is he a rude and bad Dr
Don't ever do work for him
After agreeing to contract
He waited till job was finished phoned me up and told me it was too expensive and wanted to pay half
I told him no
And he said I'll only pay you if I do double amount of work
I told him I had injured myself working for him
He said that's no problem u have workers comp and started laughing at me

Then he told me to call him back when I wasn't so angry
This guy has zero compassion
And should be avoided
Even his son doesn't talk to him and he is arragent like his father
Frank is a small thin spineless guy I just don't like as soon as u meet him
I'm thinking he became a Dr because that way some people would have to talk to him
If there sick enough

A sad excuse for a man
And a Dr
Or his wife

After a lot of waiting, I got my first appointment with him on Nov 2020. I wanted to explain to him what is my problem, he said: "don't explain just answer my question"! He did not recognize what is going on in my stomach and he doesn't bother himself to refer me to an ultrasound!
On the next visit, I told him my situation got worse and I lost 5 kg! He gave me an endoscopy and just change the brand of my medicine (he said it is reflux)!
Every day my situation gets worse and worse! Finally, I went to emergency on Dec 2021, and they found out it is my Galbalder! It is in very bad condition and we should do an urgent Sergury! I just didn't go to the emergency before because I thought I have a specialist and I should trust him! But unfortunately, he doesn't have enough knowledge and enough care for patients! I will sue him for his neglect!

I have found the staff and this doctor to be very unhelpful. Upon noting that the medicine the doctor prescribed to me was causing rashes on my face and body , extreme headaches, nausea, and as a result an inability to sleep well at night I was told they would follow up with the doctor. One week later I’ve not heard anything, but the receptionist kindly told me that if my issue doesn’t resolve now it’s my fault because I decided to stop taking the medicine so I could resume my life and my job. I know I’m not a doctor but I also do have a job I have to attend to.

I asked the receptionist about the patient care part of the oath all Doctors have to take when becoming professionals and stated that it’s rather unfair for a person to tell me something is my fault when I’ve done what I can to get answers. It’s unfair to expect someone to continue taking medicine that’s causing such adverse side effects, and I think (maybe I’m wrong) but I think a doctor should follow up with a patient who’s experiencing these side effects and find alternative ways to reach a resolution? Is it too much to ask a medical professional to care for the patients he is prescribing medicine too? The tough thing is what can you do when it comes to doctors in the lower mainland, you’re lucky if you have a family doctor, and being seen by specialist takes so long. If you have fo go here I would say just don’t expect much compassion, empathy or care from this doctor and the staff at the clinic.

When he did my colon screening, he explained the process in details which then put me at ease. He is very knowledgeable.

I was getting pain while putting tube in my mouth during the endoscopy. Looks like he does not care and was rush.

They have the worst staff and phone call system. One out of my 10 calls can get through. And the usual waiting time is more than 30 mins. If you can, stay away from them.

This guy is so unprofessional, during my appointment he was on the phone booking a vacation and restaurant reservations. When I told him it was unprofessional during my appointment do this he threw me out
