Dr Gray is an outstanding, caring, competent and empathic physician and human being. Medical schools nowadays don't make them like this. If you ever need the services of a Gastroenterologist look no further.

He was on call for UBC H. Told the ER doc to not order an ultrasound because my blood test was normal. Meanwhile Jm vomiting everything I eat and am in immense unimaginable pain. He needs to learn about allergies before he violates another patients right to healthcare like he just did for me. Ignorance is not an argument for a dismissive diagnosis. I have never in my life felt more marginalized by a doctor. I will be filing a formal complaint.

Dr. Gray has taken very good care of my son for years. Today, on Sunday (Father's Day) he calls us to give us the results of the colonoscopy. Above and beyond, thank you!!

Wow, if more doctors were as careful & comforting as Dr. James Gray, medical matters would be so much better! He lets u know what he plans to do-- and informs u , as much as possible, directly after a procedure (some tests results taken longer.) Over 15 years, I have had three gastro tests with him (2 colonoscopies & 1 gastroscopy)-- and I cannot speak more highly of him. His follow-up is terrific too. While these tests are no ones idea of "fun"-- Dr Gray is a 5 star pilot on your journey !

Dr Gray has looked after me for 10 years now over 3 rounds of visits and each time he and his staff are unfailingly helpful and professional. One cannot ask for more.

Dr Gray has looked after my loved ones for over 15 years. He and his staff have always done an excellent job. Combine his overall professionalism and competence with him being a genuinely warm and caring human being and you just cannot ask for more from a physician.

I know little of this kind of medicine but Dr Gray was very patient and talked to me in language I could understand. He was very through and didn''t hurry through the visit. One of the BEST doctors I have ever consulted Thank you Dr Gray
