I had a total right hip replaced by Dr Dieselvestro in March and had my left hip replacement done by him in December 2021. It feels wonderful to no longer have hip pain. Dr Dieselvestro and his staff were always available and I'm very happy with the outcome.

I am extremely pleased with the service I received, and my experience from the time I walked into the hospital to the time the nurse wheeled me to my car. I had an excision of, what is believed to be, a Morton’s Neuroma. All procedures were explained thoroughly, staff was nicely introduced and all the post-op details and management carefully explained. Very impressed with Dr. Di Silvestro and his team. Thank you.

I would not go back to this doctor or recommend him. A few yrs back i had a lipoma removed near my ankle. It was local freezing and i felt stabbing pain at the beginning and he said its pressure pain its fine but it wasnt pressure pain. I have a high tolerance for pain .. he then froze me again and i felt this sharp pain again have no clue what he did. He went on with it after i didnt feel anything after all that. Wound stitch got infection eventhough i took good hygiene care with it did what i suppose to. I mentioned it on my follow up appt and no one cared wasnt clear to me what to put on it that would help. Ended up seeing my family doc about this infection and had to go to a place where they cleared it up wk by wk had to go. All this to say this was 5-6 yrs ago and the nerve pain Is unbearable worse then ever .. still dealing w this and have a hard time walking. 2 of my toes i have no feeling and top of foot. Crazy how surgeons get away with this. Zero stars.

Had big toe fusion done due to severe arthritis. Having gone through this five years ago with my other foot (and a different doctor), I was expecting the same results (hardly any scaring). The method of using just a local block instead of a general anesthesia worried me a bit but I was willing to give it a go. The injection of the local freezing into the foot was extremely painful, I did feel a sharp pain near the beginning of the surgery and some pain while the screws were being installed . When I finally saw the incision after two weeks I was floored. The wound was not straight and it was all puckered as if the stitches were not done correctly. I thought time would ease that but no, the scar is still very ugly after almost five months. When I went in for my six week check up I pointed out that the top of the incision was still very red and swollen. I was told that it was fine as there wasn’t any red travelling up my leg. After two more weeks of the top end of the wound not closing I managed to carefully lift an edge of the scab and saw something black. I sterilized some tweezers and pulled out a stitch that had been left in. Carelessness on the part of the nurse who removed the stitches is what kept the wound from closing. Perhaps she had a hard time seeing them as the stitching was so awful. I found Dr. Di Silvestro to be pleasant and he explained everything well, however if I had to do this again (which thankfully I don’t) I would not do the local freezing and I would not have Dr. Di Silvestro do the surgery. The other foot done five years ago hardly has a scar, you really have to look hard to find it. People look at the foot done in January, the dark colour and the raised ridge and wonder what happened.

Did a débridement of big toe joint, was too busy during the procedure talking with assistant to address me. There were further toe issues, he again did another procedure and failed to see there was an entrapped nerve. Another doctor found it and repaired my I would not go back to him, I feel there are other more competent drs.
