I am extremely sorry that Dr. Carli is no longer practicing in Ottawa. I'm not surprised that he has earned a very prestigious position in New York City.

This is the most kind, professional surgeon that I have ever met in my life. If I could give him a hundred stars, I would. I would not let any other ortho surgeon operate on me! This is a very careful, concerned, well trained surgeon. He actually cares!

Dr. Carli is the most knowledgeable, compassionate, and skilled surgeon that I have ever met. He fixed my right hip and I can finally walk again pain free. Dr. Carli gave me my life back! There is nothing more reassuring than having a surgeon who takes time with his patients. His explanations were thorough and he made sure I understood everything. He called me the night before surgery to ask if I had any last minute questions and he also put my family at ease. His follow-up care was just the same- Excellent! I could not ask for a better doctor. I am so lucky to have been under his care. Dr. Carli, keep up the amazing work you do!! Thank you for making me feel like a person and not a number.

Wish I could say more positive, but my knee replacement was not successful, and after waiting a year for it to heal, then 4 more months for an MRI which never happened, I find out he's left town, and I'm stranded, back to square one...three years of non stop pain has worn me down...

Merci au Dr. Carli pour mon nouveau genou. Mon opération a eu lieu le 9 avril 2018 et je sens déjà une amélioration. Il est un merveilleux médecin qui prends le temps avec ses patients. Il fait certain que vous comprenez les informations qu'il vous donne. C'est un vrai Patch Adams et je le recommenderais à tous comme chirurgien orthopédique. Désolée de savoir qu'il quitte pour aller chez les Américains. J'ai espoir qu'il reviendra à Ottawa dans quelques années quand je devrai avoir un remplacement de mon genou gauche. En attendant, je lui souhaite beaucoup de succès dans ses nouvelles fonctions à NY.

Un grand merci à Dr Carli qui m’ a opérée pour un remplacement de genou le 30 août 2017. Sept mois plus tard : satisfactin indéniable. J’ai tout apprécié : sa connaissance et la façon de la partager, son expertise, son approche très humaine ( appel la veille de l’opétagions pour me

This is the doctor you have been searching for! Incredible surgeon. Beside manner is fabulous. Called to check in with my 77 year old mother to make sure she understood everything discussed. Made her feel very comfortable with her decision. Presented all the risks and facts. Answered all questions. Did not rush us. She was a complicated case and he made it look like a piece of cake. Absolute opposite experience at the Queensway with Dr. Brown (who stated he would not operate unless bone broke...now that makes a lot of sense. ) I would not hesitate to go...unfortunately I think we will be losing him to the States : (
