This clinic is OK. My problem with it is anytime I have been there, the doctor is such in a hurry and very very cold. I will not name names. But I would never go back here and definitely not recommend to anyone. As a doctor, a little bit of compassion and patience goes a long way. In comparison to other doctors I have seen, this particular female doctor is the worse.
This clinic is terrible, two times I have been there for walk in my concerns were brushed aside. One time a doctor failed to diagnose a UTI and the second time bronchitis. On top of this these people expect cash for things like doctors notes but do not have an atm in the building. So you first have to go out of the clinic to look for an atm and then upon arriving they never, naver have the change for you and you have to go back out to another store to get change. Now imagine that you are sick and have a child with you and instead of conveniently paying for things on the spot you are forced to run around the entire plaza forst taking money out and then going to get change. Added to that is the misdiagnosis of your medical issue so you have to once more go somewhere else to get treated instead of getting fast relief. Save yourself time and patience and go elsewhere.
They prescribed me a medication that I had already tried before and did not help. They also ignored the fact that I could have a bacterial infection in my body from a stomach ulcer and did not prescribe me anything for that. I went to the hospital and found out that I have Helio Bacter Pyloria which is a bacterial infection caused from a stomach ulcer. I was smart enough to find this out on my own thank God. Otherwise who knows how much more damage this infection could have done on my body. I wouldn't bring myself or my children here even if it was my last resort.
It is a good medical centre, depending which doctor you get on staff in the walk in. Wait times are bearable. Staff is great, depending whose working thh
The receptionist was very rude to me. She did not admit patients on a first come first serve basis, she admitted patients she knew first... This increased my wait time. I confirmed that this is not policy. The doctor was great. But if I have to deal with the receptionist to see the doctor, I would rather find another walk-in clinic.
My visit to this clinic was a disaster. I was told when I called ahead that the wait time was one hour, an estimate which did not change upon my arrival, but I ended up waiting THREE hours. The real problem, however, was the doctor. He refused to renew my yearly prescriptions for more than 30 days (one script was for oral contraception!). There was absolutely no medical reason to refuse a renewal for a reasonable length of time as neither condition/prescription needs regular monitoring. The physician seemed more interested in creating unnecessary appointments for patients ( in order to obtain more billable hours??) than serving the legitimate needs of patients. He was rude, arrogant, and refused to acknowledge that patients are entitled to make decisions about their own healthcare. I was disgusted (and speaking of disgusting, the examining room stank!).
