I spoke about my symptoms and the doctor was able to diagnose my problem in minutes. She even took a swab to be certain the medication has worked flawlessly and instantly. Better than my regular doctor that told me I had HERPES without doing testing, and then sent me home. I actually started crying out of relief when I saw the cream was treating my sores instantly. I feel so much better today thank you ladies!
I went to this clinic on a holiday as my granddaughter's dr was not available. We waited 90 minutes. We saw Dr A.. Baniu, , paediatrician, regarding a rash. He diagnosed the rash as either a fungus or impetigo telling us it was a contagious rash. He did no skin testing and prescribed hydrocortisone. I followed up three days later at our regular paediatrician who said the rash was neither impetigo nor a fungal infection; also that the rash was not contagious and had it been either, the prescribed cream would have addressed the inflammation but not the cause. She also asked if the diagnoses had been made with a skin test. No. WILL NEVER RETURN. NO CONFIDENCE IN THIS DOCTOR.
The doctor’s are ok and friendly. The staff is horrible especially the one that deals with pediatrics, she has glasses and has a vision problem. She’s rude and condescending. If you don’t want to deal with patients, give your job to someone that does! Place is also filthy.
This clinic is OK. My problem with it is anytime I have been there, the doctor is such in a hurry and very very cold. I will not name names. But I would never go back here and definitely not recommend to anyone. As a doctor, a little bit of compassion and patience goes a long way. In comparison to other doctors I have seen, this particular female doctor is the worse.
This clinic is terrible, two times I have been there for walk in my concerns were brushed aside. One time a doctor failed to diagnose a UTI and the second time bronchitis. On top of this these people expect cash for things like doctors notes but do not have an atm in the building. So you first have to go out of the clinic to look for an atm and then upon arriving they never, naver have the change for you and you have to go back out to another store to get change. Now imagine that you are sick and have a child with you and instead of conveniently paying for things on the spot you are forced to run around the entire plaza forst taking money out and then going to get change. Added to that is the misdiagnosis of your medical issue so you have to once more go somewhere else to get treated instead of getting fast relief. Save yourself time and patience and go elsewhere.
They prescribed me a medication that I had already tried before and did not help. They also ignored the fact that I could have a bacterial infection in my body from a stomach ulcer and did not prescribe me anything for that. I went to the hospital and found out that I have Helio Bacter Pyloria which is a bacterial infection caused from a stomach ulcer. I was smart enough to find this out on my own thank God. Otherwise who knows how much more damage this infection could have done on my body. I wouldn't bring myself or my children here even if it was my last resort.
