As a 26 year old who has Thyroid Cancer, Dr Odell was indeed God sent! Firstly, connecting to Dr Odell, through his assistant(Karin), was amazing! She is the nicest, kindest and most helpful medical assistant I have ever dealt with. For the months leading to diagnoses, tests and surgery, she was such an amazing help and had the most patience with someone like myself. Moving on to Dr Odell… he is no doubt an amazing Dr! Everything from his personality on how he answers questions, his advice and approach are above and beyond. He put my family and I at ease and did a fantastic surgical job. You need a surgeon with experience and Dr Odell has over 20+ years and thousands of Thyroid removals under his belt… I was indeed blessed to have him perform my surgery and treatment. Ottawa is indeed blessed and lucky to have such a great doctor! Thanks Dr Odell!

I had a parotid tumor removed in November of 2011 by Dr O'Dell. He is the best! Very knowledgeable, very friendly, he explains things clearly, listens to you and your concerns. When he removed the tumour there was a little tear but he was sure that the fluid did not go anywhere else, he followed me for 5 years just to ensure everything stayed good and nothing else popped up . He made me feel very comfortable everytime i had my appointment with him. I'd highly recommend seeing Dr. Odell if you need him, he is the best!

Dr. Odell is the best doctor I’ve ever had. He was punctual, always had time for me and my questions, empathized and took time to listen- he really made me feel I was cared for. He will tell you straight up how it is; he didn’t sugarcoat the risks associated with my surgery and I appreciated that. He’s one of the best ENTs there is and even then he humbled himself. Dr. Odell saved my life, I’ll be forever thankful.

Thank you dr Odell!! You gave me my confidence back! He fixed my trecheostomy scar. Now the scar is hardly noticeable after 2 days of the stitches being removed!! No more turtle neck sweaters for me! Haha. Dr. Odell was very kind and understanding. He made me feel comfortable each time I met him. I'd highly recommend seeing dr. odell if need be.
