Unbelievable. Where do I even start? I went with my poor mom for her nose and ear pain for a long time. I had read the reviews and almost couldn’t believe someone could be that bad but it’s actually worse. When he asked why mom was there she started to explain and after 3 words he cut her off and said don’t talk. When she said this and this hurt he said no it doesn’t. When she asked if he could be a nerve issue he snapped “ I’m the doctor here”. He was rude and condescending and an overall loser. He is waaaay to old to be practicing and has noooooo sympathy for patients. The bottom line is he has the proverbial GOD COMPLEX where he feels he can put you down and say anything to you because you at his mercy in his office. He basically told my mom “ you don’t have cancer so you have nothing to worry about”. How does he know she doesn’t have cancer? Is he so awesome that he can magically tell by looking at her? What a moron. I almost stood up and told him off but I bit my tongue as I knew my mom would get mad. Basically poor patients ( especially elderly ones) wait in pain for months to see this guy only for him to dismiss all your pain explanations , to put you down, to make himself feel bigger and better, and to make you cry on your way out. I was sooooo mad I got up without saying thank you and on the way out in the waiting room (in front of patients) I asked him “ so what do I do with this referral paper? Do we call or you call her family doctor?” , to which he put up his one hand and waved me away and said “ go, just go, you can do whatever you want”.

A complete and utter disgrace to call this person a human let alone a doctor. He needs to be reported and stop working ( posing ) as a doctor.

Just because he says there’s nothing wrong with you does NOT mean there is nothing wrong with you. See another doctor!!!! One who cares. One who knows about ENT. His word is nothing.

Dr Thong was very good at explaining to me what he was doing and why. His staff was helpful and he was friendly and so helpful. My ear is so much better now. Best ENT doctor i have seen.

Not even deserve 1 star. Bad attitude & rude. Not listening what your problems are. No chance to let you talk. Just wants to kick you out. Very impatient

Since going to an appointment with this man a week ago - I have had nothing but problems with my jaw - why would an ENT mess with someone's jaw? Beats me, I've never been to one before! I was there to find out about sinus pain and eye pressure and am now in more pain that I've been in years! I cannot believe this man is allowed to be any where near people!

I'd leave no stars if that was on option! Was told the appointment would take an hour and it did because I waited for 40 mins for the receptionist to come back from lunch. The actual appointment took 10 mins tops. And I should have left without seeing him. To start:
Didn't wash his hands.
Didn't wear gloves.
Had super long nails which he dug into my neck 'checking for swollen glands'. That was a creepy experience in itself.
Was super dismissive and derogatory.
Did not listen to me.
Told me what was wrong without checking 1st.
Jammed the device into my ears - I have ear pain now thanks!
All the patients waiting were new ones ... I don't think he gets many people returning.
Find another ENT if you can!

Office hours not on the door.
1pm appointment no one showed up until 1:25pm finally saw Dr. at 1:45pm. Was told the issue is from facial muscle, neck tension and teeth grinding. Very dismissive - did not feel he grasped what I was trying to convey and did not seem to want to listen or explore other scenarios. Told me to get a xray 😖

Dr Thong has successfully diagnosed and treated a condition I have struggled with for about 20 years. Dr. Thong did this on my first visit to his office long after I had given up hope of a cure.

I got a referral here and read the terrible reviews and thought "it couldn't be this bad, could it?" Well, it was way worse. He looked in my mouth for all of 2 seconds before telling me there was nothing wrong with me. When I told him how my issues made me feel sick, he essentially called me a liar multiple times. Go back to your referring doctor and tell them you want to see an actual ENT who might treat their patients rather than this hack.
