Could not have been more pleased and thankful for the care and attention to detail provided by Dr. Thong and his office.

Yes, Dr. Thong is direct and does not mince words, but the far more important aspect to me was that he identified a number of important health issues that will improve my life.

Because of the way he managed to connect the dots with issues that seemed unrelated to each other, I now have a health game plan going forward.

I’m Grateful to have had such excellent care.

He was rude, condescending, he thought he knew it all and wouldn’t even listen to your problem. I absolutely agreed to the other patient’s comment about him not deserved to be a human. Wouldn’t tell you the problem, did what he thought was right, never allowed you to even ask questions. I would file a complaint as well, and would tell my family doctor NEVER to refer him to another patient, as I don’t want other people to go through what I had to go through, especially when you’re not feeling well!!!

I really don't know where those bad review coming from , had a visit at his office today and everything is opposite what I am reading about this man on this site . Dr. Thong was very polite , understanding and listened what I need to say about my problem, spent with me around half an hour and explained all things I need to know about my condition . Very good doctor and also lady in front desk is a very polite and helpful .BTW Dr. Thong seen me 15 minutes sooner , than my original scheduled appointment .Thanks Doc.

I saw him back in 2014 and still traumatised. Horrible and did nothing. "GET OUT OF MY OFFICE!!!!" AVOID HIM and file a complaint with College of Physicians and Surgeons.

Rude, condescending, no manners whatsoever. Interrupted me anytime I tried to explain my symptoms. Didn't even listen to me properly when I tried to explain I was gargling salt water for my wisdom tooth which was about to be removed and proceeded to tell me that is why my tonsil was red and swollen? when it had been at me for weeks prior to all this but continued to speak over me and tell me I was wrong. Honestly he had no idea what he was talking about and didn't even take the time to listen. Worst experience I've ever had with a Doctor, no help.

Same experience here!
He was even 1 hour and 20min late on the phone call appointment.
He asked symptoms and i explained and he said stop talking.
He asked and I answered and he told me not to ask questions.
He told me to take picture and i asked where i send the pictures, he said I was wasting his time.
He told me to just come in for visit and the recept would give me a call and just hung up on patient.
1 star is even too much for him.

Doesn't listen! Appointment was by phone. He called on time, then interrupted every other word before I could explain my symptoms.

Going to agree with everyone who said Dr. Thong is super rude, arrogant, and does not listen to his patients. The reception may even be worse, not only is she rude but she's a straight up liar. Worst experience ever with a doctor.

He appears to not know what hes talking about , and not care at all. He's also the most condescending doctor I've ever met. After 8 weeks of swollen tonsils, and very little change. He looked at my tonsils and told me they were fine. He's lucky this was not in person.
I will be informing my GP to not refer patients to him, because if someone is in serious critical need of help, they will not find it here.
