First Christmas without mom, I wish she had never gone for the surgery.

Had surgery for removal of polyps,after I was prep'd for surgery I was left to wait for over 4hrs with no explanation. There was no follow-up appointment, I recently went to see another ENT specialist who informed me there was things taken out from nose cavity that shouldn't have been taken out such as the flap that keeps dust,pollen an other pollutants out. He basically went overboard and left me with a big open cavity up there with no protection. After waiting 4hrs I was gona get up an leave, I was then told I would be in very soon,I think he was upset he almost lost out on the $4-$6000 he gets for each surgery.

My mother died around May 2nd, 2023 due to complications related to an operation to remove nasal polyps. You can read her obituary at the link below. We miss her. The risks are rare but known and should not be taken lightly by patient or care provider.

Excellent care and very knowledge and skilled surgeon. His staff are fantastic and I have had nothing positive experiences with his office.

Dr Arif Janjua is a confident and professional surgeon. I had an Olfactory Neuroblastoma. It was a long delicate and sensitive surgery. I have had additional cancer treatments - Chemo and Radiation. After the treatments I have had to do my part, the daily maintenance routines. I was on 3 month check ups then down to 6 months and now to 12 months going into this fourth year. I am so thankful of the surgery that was preformed by him and his team.

Professional, knowledgeable and supportive. He has a great team working with him and his assistant was awesome with following up with concerns and questions.

they were supposed to send a requisition for a ct scan. never happened, i called and emailed, still nothing. I had to go back to my gp, get a referral to another doctor and start all over again

Complete waste of time, they asked me to follow a treatment, it didnt work so they extended it and of course it didnt work.
Then they lied to me TWICE about a sleep clinic test that they were going to request, when I called a second time to ask why the clinic hasn't called me they said that the test was never requested because I didn't need it and told me to go away and take it to my family doctor.
This is not the way to treat someone that can't even sleep for more than 4 hours without choking in his sleep.

Unable to get through to anyone. Recieved a phone from him in may 2020 say that i would be in soon and that i would be hearing from reception. Waited, and nothing. Finally got in contact with reception, she sent me a list of medications so i could have them vhecked with my fertility meds in sept 2020. Since then i have left several messages and emails and to this day have heard nothing back. I am now asking to be referred to another surgeon and going on to another wait list. Obviously having a sinus infection for over 5 years with facial nerve pain and headaches is not important to him. Im glad he didnt do the surgery now.
