Dr Litwinson cares about your personal circumstances without judgement. She is patient and does not rush you. She has never given up on me when everyone else has.

Dr. Litwinson has changed my life. I have seen various doctors in the past with limited treatment success. Dr. Litwinson completed a thorough assessment and was able to identify root causes for my struggles. I only wish I had found her sooner in my treatment journey.

Dr. Litwinson saved my life without a word of exaggeration. I cannot thank her enough for her time in treatment and concern for my health and wellbeing. It's been a long road back but she walked every step with me. Sometimes she's behind schedule but I know its because she's helping someone else that needs it more in that moment and that's good. She isn't my doctor, she's our doctor and she is the best at what she does.

She literally saved my life. Compassionate, kind, and will work to ensure your well-being. She listens to your concerns regarding the side effects and will adjust your medication accordingly. Her appointments are not rushed, which is why she is often behind schedule, but once you are in her office she gives you all the time you need. Her expertise in the field is clear, and I am thankful I was assigned her patient.

This doctor has been pretty unfairly maligned. She is very knowledgeable with a great bedside manner (so to speak). As someone who struggles with social anxieties, I didn't feel uncomfortable around her at all. She was very compassionate and understanding. I would definitely like to have more sessions with her.

Have been seeing her for years. She is very helpful when you need help with 'red tape', forms,etc. dealing with gov't agencies. Goes above & beyond in advocating for patients. Extremely compassionate. Does not make you feel bad for any poor decisions you make, nor try and force changes on you that you are not ready for at the moment, but stays with you & encourages you until you are at the point where you able to try changes she suggests. Very good at explaining her thoughts, listening to yours, and explaining all options regarding medications, but lets you choose, without judgement, whether or not to try them, and when. Easy to talk to. Non-judgemental attitude makes me feel o.k. about opening up about anything. I am so glad she has stood by me, and helped me through very hard times, medically and psychologically. She has been very important in my life & my ability to keep fighting through physical & emotional trauma. I recommend her as a hard-working dr. who will go the extra mile for patients & not make them feel disrespected if they make mistakes.

I have many years with this doctor, I have resentments, but mostly I have my life because of her. I think this is a doctor who actually cares a lot about people. She has had compassion for my circumstances in ways no one ever has been able to. No one is perfect, and we all have our own perception and experiences. She does care, and does try, and can show compassion(is a dr, its more rare) has good knowledge and will do her best. That is all I can really ask for with a doctor looking into my life and trying to help me. Thank you Dr L

Dr. Litwinson has helped me so much with my GAD and depression. I'd recommend her to anyone. She really listens. She helps me manage decisions about my medications, not pushing pills but explaining what different medications do and how I might react to them so that I can make choices. More psychiatrists should have the level of expertise she has.

Dr. Litwinson is a wonderful Dr. She always listens to me and has amazing insights into me and my family. She is a big part of my stability. I have seen her for eleven years and I can always count on her to understand me. I would recommend her to anyone needing a Psychiatrist.
