I had this guy while I was at Sunnybrook in Toronto. I don't know where on the totem pole he is in terms of his training yet because he said he's a student but that's beside the fact. He was calm when I was panicked, he showed respect to me and my family, and he explained things so clearly. I had already been to my family doctor and the North York Emergency that day before coming to Sunnybrook and NOBODY took the time to explain anything to me and it turns out that's all I really needed. I have faith in our healthcare system if we continue to educate and produce young physicians such as this gentleman. I hope he ends up in Toronto!
