I had an appointment on February 8th. First of all #1, I have a service dog, and for a reason! The office is trying to tell me I can't bring my service dog, and that is not going to happen! Number 2, the reason for my appointment was to get Dr. Fehlings to fill out a portion of my passport. On the application form it says a physician can fill it out, or someone you have known 2 years. Dr. Fehlings flatly refused to help me! Why would a doctor refuse to help a patient who does that! I left the office crying, and my anxiety was through the roof! As a result of her refusing to help me I had to ship my form to my friend in New Brunswick! Because she refused to help me I know had to pay for shipping, and my friend has to pay to ship it back! This was just so unfair, and unkind of Dr. Fehlings!

Dr fehlings lacks knowledge in prescribing appropriate medications and referring to proper specialists with regards to cancer. My young child almost died because of her negligence. Thank god we switched doctors and found someone else who referred my child to a paediatric oncologist. Leukaemia is not a joke

Dr. Fehlings is an amazing doctor. Since they started their online system I have found it harder to get an appointment.

Dr. Fehlings is an incredibly compassionate, caring, and attentive family physician. She always takes the time to hear any concerns, always has time for questions, and takes care in following-up and checking-in regarding health issues of concern.
Drs Brisson and Macri are also incredible primary care providers, and we feel lucky to have access to them at times when Dr. Fehlings' schedule does not easily accommodate a visit.
Both the receptionist and nurse treat our family with respect, patience and provide excellent service.
Our family feels like it is a gift to be patients of Dr. Fehlings and to have such a wonderful primary care provider on our side.

I cannot express how much I appreciate and value Dr. Fehlings as a GP. She is caring, unbiased, and does not make me feel like the choices I make for myself go against what she recommends. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and how I want to manage my health and provides her professional opinion. I've never felt slighted or uncomfortable or felt like my concerns weren't being heard. 10/10 recommend.

most recent rating and comment person has no right to mock or criticize another persons experience with the staff and doctor.. sounds like maybe the comment is from a staff member?.. to comment that maybe the patient is the problem is ignorant and disrespectful.. like experience with staff.. its quite clear the doctor does not care and ignores her patients concerns about how they are being treated by her staff.. gives the staff confidence they can treat patients any way they want ..

Best doctor I’ve ever had. She takes the time to hear each concern and always tries her best to hear out her client and do what she can to solve the issues. You can tell she’s not just rushing you out the door. Some of these other ratings are a world away from all of my experiences, maybe the patient is the problem sometimes?

I'm so happy I found Dr. Fehlings! She's the best GP I've had. She's kind and listens carefully to my concerns and has referred me to other specialists without any hassle.
