Please stop forcing us to listen to everyone’s logs, this is an hour plus of wasted time that zones you out and you can’t even pay attention to the information given afterwards. The recommendations are great but this is infuriating at times

What i really enjoyed was the strategies and coping mechanisms
what i did not enjoy is the attendance roll call and listening to everyone's
sleep logs . it took too long
each person should be giving a 10 minuet window to speak privately

Suffering from insomnia is terrible and I tried many ways, medicines etc to help. I have been dealing with insomnia for more than 30 years. I know can fall asleep right away, not more onset insomnia and my maintenance insomnia is basically gone as well. My attitude towards sleep has improved significantly and I have the tools I need to continue on the right path.

Excellent Sleep course, the information supplied to us really helped me, over a period of months, to reduce my insomnia to almost nothing. I can easily fall asleep right away with the tools that were provided to us in the group. Dr. Lynn is very kind, caring and tries very hard to help each individual in the course. Highly recommend this sleep course. Saved my health! Thank you

I have a completely different perspective on sleep now. I can sleep much quicker now. My onset insomnia is gone because of Dr. Brian’s program. I definitely recomm this program to everyone who has difficulty sleeping especially those with insomnia.

Amazing. Life changing for me. I've been a poor sleeper for 30 years taking well over an hour (often more) to get to sleep every night. Often I'd wake up in the night an be awake for an hour as well. It was affecting my moods in the day. Dr. Lynn helped me so that I'm regularly falling asleep in 15-30 minutes. I feel so much more rested in the day and my attitude toward sleep has completely changed.

I cannot recommend Dr. Brian Lynn and his CBT-Insomnia course enough! Admittedly I was skeptical about the program as I had tried so many different things over the years to no avail. Dr. Lynn explained clearly the science behind sleep and how so many factors can cause insomnia. After a few sessions and making some minor changes to my life, I was sleeping so much better and I’m on track to continue. He is knowledgeable, kind, patient and has a sly sense of humour. Dr. Lynn has really made my life so much better. Also his assistant Jezireen needs a shout-out as she is most helpful and kind!

If you have insomnia, please get the referral and take this course. Stop struggling and start sleeping!

I just completed the insomnia sessions. Definitely a life changer! Dr Lynn's humour was appreciated throughout:) His illustrations and explanations really made us understand the science of sleep. He is very knowledgeable. We were given a strategy to try after each session, which was not overwhelming. By giving feedback to everyone, we got some answers to questions I wouldn't have thought of to ask. By checking in at the beginning of each session to see how the trial of the strategy went, we were able to discuss on occasion, or hear what other people had to say. This gave me a few different ideas to try. He gave more information than the book the course is based on. His guidance all along to find our ultimate sleep pattern was greatly appreciated.
This course is well worth it if you're serious about implementing all of the strategies and want to learn to sleep without medication:)
