Dr Dracker and his staff members are the worth group I ever seen in my life. The only thing they care about is to charge your insurance. They look after seeing as much patients as they can without caring if those patients received the treatment that they need. In addition I agree with the most comments about Dr Dracker’s bad behavior and low level of knowledge, he rush you to the extrem diagnostic so he can run all kind of labs and all this again just to charge you more. I left the office because I don’t trust him to treat my kids

Dr Dracker has rushed us through every appointment. He has a Horrible Attitude..very sarcastic. Nurses
take 2-3 days to call back. Would not recommend this office.

The MDs and Nurse Practitioners are all very wonderful, knowledgeable and excellent with the children. Only once did we experience an issue with one of the Drs but that was during a time of severe illness of our newborn and we were all very concerned and stressed. Easily resolved and forgiven.

Dr Draker is an amazing individual who was willing to work with us financially during a crisis when our daughter had no health insurance. He did whatever it took to make certain that she received the care she needed in a manner that wouldn't bankrupt our household. The medical well being of the kids is definitely his first priority and for that we thank him for his wonderful years of service.

Unfortunately, the secretarial staff and administration is of serious concern. They are hired with little regard for their background and my childrens medical records and privacy were compromised. When I voiced my concern about staff members' recent actions and history I was only minimally placated, told there was nothing to be done to secure our information and then easily dismissed to transfer elsewhere. Since I feared for our safety I asked for recommendations and help expediting our transfer. These multiple requests went unheeded while the staff tried to figure out who, if anyone, had the authority to do so. There was something very suspicious and concerning about the manner in which our record transfer was handled. I urge all parents that consider this practice to take due diligence in securing the safety of their minor children's private information. For the welfare of your children do not upset the staff in any manner, however slight.

We have since relocated our children to a different practice and hope that Summerwood in the future make a better effort in providing a safe environment for their patients.

My son was originally going to another practice and was going through alot of psychological and emotional issues in which they were no help.I was referred to Dr.Dracker from a family member.I took a chance and switched my son to his practice. From the initial appointment with Dr.Dracker I feel in love with his practice. He immediately addressed all of my concerns. He was caring, loving, helpful, respected my concerns, and most importantly..he treated my son as if he was his child. I have gone through alot with my child (he has bipolar disorder and ADHD) and Dr.Dracker has been there every step of the way.Remind you,he is the ONLY one who would reach out and help my son because alot of providers do not feel comfortable treating children under 5 for my son's mental disabilities. If I had a problem getting in for an appointment or trouble with a rude receptionist he addressed it right away. There is no other doctor I would ever consider bringing my son to see. I appreciate him and everything he has helped my son & I get though. Thank you so much guys, your the best !!!!!!!!!!!

I came here because I followed a doctor that my kids loved. The staff always act clueless when it comes to needed a form filled out. I had to pull my children from childcare for the summer because they never got my form back to me. You always get a voice mail if you call for anything other than an appointment. I am currently looking for a new pediatrician now!

Worst doctors office ever. My one year old has now been sick for a month and has gone untreated. They told me he doesnt have sinuses yet he has allergies and was treated for a sinus infection 6 months ago. Also told me to give him benadryl and claritin two times a day. Which you are not supossed to give to children under the age of 4-6 years old or it could damage their liver. They refused to put him on an antibiotic and still have. I have now pulled him and my oldest child from this office and will NEVER go back there again. If you want service and your children cared for NEVER go to this practice. They are rude nasty people.

I absolutely LOVE this practice! They always answer the phone early in the morning and within a few hours I have a sick visit appt. Both of my boys see Erin the Nurse Practitioner and she is excellent, caring compassionate. The staff take their time to listen to your concerns. I even got a sick visit appt on a Saturday...how convenient!!!! Love Dr. Dracker...he is an excellent physician...I would not take my children anywhere else! I find it very hard to believe the negative comments on this site. Especially the comment about calling, leaving a message and not getting a response til a few days later. They answer the phone immediately everytime I have called.

I was referred to Dr. Draker for my son during a custody battle. I told the staff I needed a checkup ASAP due to court. They told me they couldn't see him until they had his medical records. So I paid to overnight his records so they would get them on a Wednesday. That Friday, two days later, I called and was told they had to review the records and make a chart before they could make an appointment. I called another pediatrics office in the area and was given an appointment for the following Monday and told to get my son's medical records for them. When I walked into Dr. Draker's office, I was told by the staff I could not have my son's records, that they can't give out patient records. When I told them I was going to make this a legal matter because he was never their patient, they finally gave me his records, told me they "weren't supposed to do that" and that they were "trying to work with me." I expressed the urgency of the matter in the beginning and it felt like they didn't care.
