I have been a patient in the infusion center for several years. What I’ve appreciated most is the competency & caring of the nurses. That continues to this day.

The room was not cleaned in 5 days There was lack of nursing staff the food came 2hours late and was bad.

The lack of communications was beyond acceptable. The response from administration was oh my and then silence. Nurses were great. Discharge planning was horrible saying one thing to us then another to nursing home. We are still trying to clean that mess us. Horrible Hospital.

Five surgeries at St. Joe's and the staff and clinicians were superb. I would not go anywhere else. That isn't a criticism of other hospitals in the area, it is just that I am very satisfied with the professional and personal care that I've received.
