The treatment I experienced was first class from the time I registered until I walked out. The staff and the doctor () were exceptional ad a lot of effort was put into my treatment. The antibiotics did the job and my recovery has been an easy one.

My total experience was excellent. I was treated with respect and in a very timely manner. Eagle is my usual place to seek medical treatment. I will recommend this facility, personnel, and staff to anyone.

Dr. Carol Webb did an excellent survey of my severe spasticity of my neck. She prescribed the right meds to control the swelling and pain. Since she advised cancelling our cruise that day, she followed up with a letter for us to send to the Cruise Line insurance Co. to facilitate recouping the cost of the trip. In summary, she is the best of the best! James Jochum

The front desk staff, Angela, is extremely rude and unprofessional. She bitched me out over the phone when I was trying to set an appointment for my grandmother who is in no condition to get there alone. And when I explained to her that there's no need to lash out, I am just clarifying available times because it is difficult for a working family to bring my grandmother in. She then lost her cool and said that she doesn't like my tone of voice and that I need to figure myself out and rudely hung up. In addition to that, Dr. Naama Bartfeld does not check her files before she greets her patients. I had an IUD learning session with her, she gave me a prescription and a few days later I came in to get it inserted. When I entered her office she didn't even know if we did the learning session yet. Lastly, after transferring to a different clinic, months later I came in with my grandmother (who was still a patient with Dr.Bartfeld) and Angela (the receptionist) thought that I was here for my own appointment. When I told her that I am no longer a patient here she was so surprised and rudely remarked that I have no reason to be here. ....(uhm yes actually I do- my 85 year old grandmother is a patient here for the past 5 years and I always come here as a translator and a means of transportation, also you had my files transferred to another Dr 4 months ago and I have been seen at the new clinic about 10 times since...)

This was a great experience, especially for someone not use to using walk-in clinics. I had cut my thumb a few days earlier, and it was still bleeding. I was registered timely, and I didn't have long to wait before seeing the doctor. She was great! She reassured me and properly medicated and wrapped the wound. It's now feeling much better and almost to the place of not needing a bandage during the day. Thanks!

The service provided was excellent. The front desk staff was very friendly and professional from the time I walked in. The wait time was less than 15 minutes; my entire visit was under an hour.
