Waste of my time. Sent by my PCP to get assistance w new onset high blood pressure bc it was Friday afternoon and she could not see me until Monday. BP 160/110 at La Paloma. La Paloma PA refused to do anything, not even prescribe me one BP pill and recheck in am. He said they didn’t have my labs, even though I could have provided them, or they could have ordered new ones. Thankfully, PCP called in a BP med Friday afternoon after I told her what happened. BP 160/90 at my PCPs on a Monday—God only knows how much higher it could have been. I thought La Paloma was integrated w Northwest Hospital, but if they are, it was not apparent from my experience. I will find another urgent care that works with my PCP and my hospital.

I was a walk in patient and from the moment I got there, the receptionist was so friendly and professional. The nurse who saw me was so caring, professional and kind. Stephen Hanna listened to me and was very kind and professional as well. I’m glad I chose La Paloma Urgent Care! Thank you all!
