After calling around all over cny for a pediatrition we finally found Dr. Dracker in Camillus Ny. All visits have been wonderful experiences and we feel at home in this practice. Staff is excellent and caring. My children have no complaints!

I had to pull my one year daughter out of this practice due to the office's neglect and handling of my baby. When you call this office for ANY reason, all you get is voice mail and it sometimes takes a day and a half before a nurse calls you back. God forbid if you just have a quick question you need answered right away or at least within a couple of hours. Also, there are a couple of nurses in this practice that are what I describe as "mean". They don't care if they hurt (with a stabbing needle) or frighten your child at all. And lastly, they NEVER got my bill corrected after several attempts to prove to them that my insurance paid the balance after my co-pay. They just kept sending me bill after bill and then called me to threaten me with a "collection agency". I would never recommend this practice to anyone.

Dr. Dracker is superb! He is very knowledgeable, and is always willing to help out. I use to be a patient of Dr. Dracker when I was a kid, and when urgent care could not help me out, he always could. When I moved I needed a reference for a good PCP(primary care physician) and he didn't hesitate to get back to me with a few. I give Dr. Dracker two thumbs up.

The last individual who commented on Dr. Dracker's practice either does not know the practice at all, or has some malixious intent. Their comments could not be more innaccurate and unfounced. Not only is the office child friendly and comforting but his entire staff is alwasy helful and obviously love the children they care for, including my own. It is very unfortunate that such an individula has the ability to write such damaging comments which are unfounded. And who knows who the person could have been? Maybe a dishcarged patient, someone who never pays their bills, and fired employee or even a jealous health care worker or other physician. Thank you for publishing my comments and aI am proud that my children are cared for at his exceelent office!

Avoid this practice!! They do not answer the phone! I have called 4 days in a row to pay a bill and they have made no effort to contact me. The office is VERY cold, kids are frightened when walking in, the staff is unknowledgeable, and they have horrible practices for treating young patients. I would NEVER recommmend Summerwood Pediatrics!
