Dr. Molly Carruthers is, honestly, one of the greatest rheumatologist in her field and the best one I’ve been to in years.
She is extremely knowledgable both within her own area and beyond. I am very confident seeing Dr. Carruthers as she has her patients best interests at heart. Her manner is attentive, caring and professional. She spent and continues to spend valuable time listening to my ongoing medical needs and researches, behind the scenes, to find the best possible treatment tailored to suit my individual health requirements. Before I saw Dr. Carruthers, I was worried about the various treatment options for Rheumatoid Arthritis and was in extreme pain, barely able to walk, dress or perform most of my daily activities. I am very happy to say that now, all this has changed due to the invaluable advice and treatment Dr. Carruthers continues to provide me with. I’ve been given a new lease on life, so to speak and am very fortunate to have my mobility back with little to no pain. Naturally Rheumatoid Arthritis has flare ups but now, because of the treatment Dr. Carruthers has me on, these episodes are way less debilitating and my life has become almost pain free. I am extremely thankful and privileged to be one of Dr. Carruthers patients.

Dr Carruthers is one of the most caring and knowledgeable doctors I have ever seen. I’ve been to many specialists over the years due to my multiple medical conditions. I have been trying to hand pick a good care team as I spend plenty of time in appointments. Many rheumatologists in the past were lacking knowledge on a rare condition I have. Dr Carruthers told me at my first visit, that she would do her best to get to the bottom of what was causing my bad flares of pain, inflammation, and fatigue. She is the first doctor who really gave me hope that I could have even a slight bit better quality of daily life. She continues to monitor my care. Has gone to bat for me to get me extensive treatments. She is just simply the best! And Lisa, her receptionist is very easy to deal with. She tends to paperwork requests promptly and is always very pleasant. Wish we could clone them both!

Dr. Carruthers is an incredible physician and the province is beyond lucky to have her. She isn't afraid of looking into rare diseases and acknowledges the fact that every person has a unique set of symptoms that need to be taken seriously even if they don't match exactly to what textbooks say. Her willingness to work with the patient to increase their quality of life is second to none
