After such a long stressful wait to be seen at the civic hospital last night Dr Krishan Yadov was a breath of fresh air, his bedside manner, listening.and caring for patients are unmatched. One of the best emergency room doctors I've met. He made sure my case was fully investigated I was certain I was gonna get bad news about possible PE or DVT but both were negative. He helped put my mind at ease he didnt brush me off like other doctors ive seen at other Ottawa hospitals..He gave me options and advice. And even found me a bed to get a hour or two of sleep until I could get an ultrasound in the morning. I am very appreciative. To the care I received. Great Asset to the ottawa civic emerg dept..in fact the staff as a whole were caring from the intial front desk staff to triage nurses and emerg nurses everyone was pleasent and with great attitudes. The 11 hour wait sucked but was certainly not thier fault unfortunately that's Healthcare right now. I will be returning to civic campus again if I ever need to.

Dr Yadav was very helpful in answering my questions and explaining the conditions I was in with the different type of treatments possible and stating what might or not agravte the condition until I could get to see a specialist for my condition. His knowledge seemed to me very good and he certainly was very helpful. Thank you Dr Yadav
