Dr. Kelly is highly professional. This was my second procedure done by her and both times she took me through the procedure step by step beforehand and then again while she was doing the work. Her office always appears bright and clean, easy to access and her staff are friendly. After my first surgery it was very difficult to see the scar after only a couple of months. Excellent job.

She was familiar with my case, very professional, yet caring, communicated clearly the risks, explained the procedure, described was she was doing as she was operating. She carefully stitched to minimize scarring. I am ery happy with the result.
