Dr. Faraawi comes off very arrogant. I saw him yelling at his staff in a clinic full of patients. Not professional. His staff are great! Not appreciated enough!

Dr, Faraawi is amazing. Very knowledgeable and caring. He has helped me many times over the years and for that I am grateful. As for the negative comments I can only surmise that these patients were in pain and did not understand their diagnosis or didn't agree with their diagnosis. One patient mentioned in her comments she waited 4 months to see him to give her something for her pain. He is not a pill pusher.
He offers correct and informative diagnosis, and his help. The cortisone shots are lifesavers to many people , he does not push them on you, he asks you. He is without a doubt one of the kindest doctors, who
tries hard to help you get well.
By the way, the receptionist is quite lovely and very patient.
It is unfortunate that his review page has become a vehicle for complaining about doctors, or demeaning them. That is unacceptable.

I am very happy with him and I think many others would be as well. W. Hoffman/Waterloo

The doctor was knowledgeable and sympathetic taking care of my pain in my right shoulder. He looked up my past history on the computer and remembered my last visit years ago. Excellent Doctor!

The receptionist is really doing the minimum. Definitely a family friend or relative. Doc was 30 minutes late for appointment without any apology. The doc himself was good. Asked questions, looked at joints etc.

Dr. Faraawi has helped me numerous times for chronic tendinitis in my shoulders. I don’t know what I would’ve done without him. He is a quiet man, very respectful and thorough.

He was 30 min late even though the office was empty. There was absolutely no empathy, understanding, or kindness. I was constantly belittled and cut off. I was not allowed to finish a single sentence. He even got upset at me for talking about what I had discussed with my family doctor regarding my symptoms, potential reasons, and history. He dismissed all of my symptoms, and even rolled his eyes at my Career. I left with a fibromyalgia diagnosis which I do believe is correct, but this was purely based on the tests my family doctor had done already and the possibilities we went through for months. He read the information that was faxed to him and treated me like I wasn't a person. Fibro has caused me debilitating chronic permanent pain and he told me that "I'm healthy and in pain for no reason." Not to mention his advice for how to deal with it completely missed the mark on my case. Talking about weight loss and diet changes (I am a size 0, not that this would be ok if I weren't) and not giving me any actual information on the potential medication(such as what it does, side effects etc.) or other treatment options. He is an old school doctor that saw a femme presenting young woman and immediately passed judgement.
