Dr. Leighl did a virtual second opinion consultation for my mom’s stage 4 EGFR adenocarcinoma diagnosis. We are based in Saskatchewan. Dr. Leighl’s resident (Dr. Alex Lozano?) was very thorough, helpful, empathetic and kind over the phone during intake questions. Dr. Leighl’s compassion, empathy, passion and expertise were brought to our attention from one of her patients that recommended her. Hearing Dr. Leighl’s voice and the way she communicated her expertise and correspondence was very professional and thorough. She made an effort to keep in touch with the oncologist at our local hospital with her recommendations about my mom’s case and I don’t know how to return the favour but I wanted to leave a review to hone in on her intelligence, professionalism, compassion, passion and empathy. Thank you Dr. Leighl and team.

Amazing bedside manners. Listened to our concerns thoroughly. Respected our decision to withdraw from a clinical trial (felt no pressure to continue). Answered our questions in a thoughtful way so that we felt heard.

Dr. Natasha Leighl is a very caring, kind and professional doctor. I had my follow-up visit in her clinic. She takes such great care of me. Today I am 6 years + cancer free, and feel great. I have been so blessed to have her as my doctor. She always answers all my questions and explains things to me in detail, she shows such genuine warmth and care for what she does. I thank you so much Dr. Leighl for all you do for me. I would highly recommend this doctor.

Natasha has been my doctor since 2016 - Hand on heart, I can say, without her support and the team put together by UHN I wouldn't be here today. Her kindness and empathy throughout my cancer journey have been remarkable. For five years Natasha has made sure every question I have asked or any concern I have had has been addressed. I find myself at ease when I speak to her and she always leaves me feeling cared for at each and every visit. I have never had to wait for an unacceptable amount of time, nor have I ever been passed off to an associate. COVID hasn't been a walk in the park for any of our healthcare workers, especially for those in the Lung and Sarcoma department. I appreciate and thank everyone, who works in the department for your kindness as well as your warm smiles during these crazy times. It's been a five year, five star experience for me, and I cannot ever put into words how grateful I am to Dr. Natasha Leighl and her team.

Absolutely agree with one of the comment: Keeps passing you on from associate doctor to associate doctor and won't answer a straight question. Keeps you waiting for hours for appointments. Mom is very upset being treated like that.

Very knowledgeable Dr however is terrible at giving patients and their families an appropriate prognosis.
