Dr. Cannot even remember his own appointments, after surgery my ear kept bleeding for over two months and no one to answer why or how to fix it. Still dealing with it.

I saw Dr. Ho for an emergency issue. He was so pleasant and helpful. I was having issues after so he gave me a referral to another ENT, who was amazing and the first doctor who actually put all my symptoms together and figured out what been bothering me for years! Without Dr. Ho’s referral, I would still have no idea what’ this issue is. Thank you so much! Staff were wonderful too. I only spoke to Dr. Ho’s receptionist when I called back, she relayed my information to him and called me back about the referral.

He has deep understanding on what he is doing and explains very well. His skills are unique and in fact rarely available. I am very lucky to have him in Edmonton.

Pointless. I have been waiting for over a year for an appointment, and have had 1 response from staff, to the effect that they cannot tell me when I can be seen. They will only take calls from 0900-1100, monday and wednesday- you cannot leave a message. They do not pick up the calls.
Ridiculous lack of service.

I am still suffering with my ears from 5 years ago!! Can you imagine having his I guess assistant syringing my ear when it had a perforated eardrum?? Still suffering with this issue also lost hearing in other ear for some reason. Was not happy with this dr at all

Dr.Ho and staff are exceptional individuals. Dr.Ho is an excellent doctor and surgeon. I just had surgery and I’m so thankful I did as my disease grew back. Dr. Ho has been very patient, kind and very caring. He is an outstanding doctor. I’m very thankful for his talent and knowledge. Thank you Dr. Ho and Staff.

took almost 2 years for us to get an appointment... then the first one got cancelled... second one got cancelled.... third one got cancelled... 4th one got cancelled. Nearly a year later I said forget it. So unbelievably unprofessional.

16 months on waiting list. Get a call from "triage nurse" , Dr A Ho, very busy man, so I am asked a few questions over phone. Months pass, letter comes in mail, diagnosis, prescription. Keep in mind, I have never met Dr A Ho, never been in his office. Apparently, I was diagnosed over the phone, via a third party.
This is health care in our province? Perhaps if I was a "somebody" instead of a ordinary joe, things would be different. Have learned in the last few years, we have a multiteared Healthcare system in this province.

Dr. Ho is an excellent ENT physician. The BEST, I have seen him several times within the past few years.
Although I find his staff very unprofessional on the phone in trying to make an appointment.
I am a Registered Nurse also with a hearing impairment and would never speak to my patients the way his staff spoke with me on the phone, After not seeing him for 2 years they would not schedule an appt with him unless I consulted my own GP to remake a referral. That would take another 10 months. I have had hearing loss since childhood. I saw the same ENT physician for over 30 years every 2 years, until my previous ENT physician retired. Now Dr. Ho staff tell me I need another referral? What is this health care system coming too? Why does the receptionist making appts control the destiny of the patient.?

I’ve seen Dr Ho for approximately 8 years and with every visit and procedure, he has been amazing. He takes the time to answer my questions and is extremely knowledgeable and supportive. His work in the field is incredible.
