Dr. Idris performed a small surgery in my throat, and executed it perfectly despite my very active gag reflex. He has an extremely relaxed demeanor and I immediately felt relaxed with him. Despite this relaxed energy, you can see he is very focused and by no means slow, just chill and efficient. Would gladly go back to him for any ENT requirements in the future.

Very condescending. Gave me a lecture while I was explaining my symptoms. Seemed to begrudgingly do the scope and checked my ears, but didn’t help me very much. I still have the same symptoms and no solutions.

He had no patience. He was condescending. If he had any medical experience or knowledge he rarely provided this as he was too busy putting me in my place. The second he came into the room he was short with me, cutting me off and overall did not want to be doing his job at that moment. It was a waste of time and energy of both our parts for him to be so put off. Waited 5 months for the appointment ,drove 3 hours and took the day off work all to get there and be treated like crap.

This guy is just rude, unprofessional and full of himself. He kept shushing me, and was not interested in helping me. Without explaining anything he would insert the endoscope into my ears and nose. What’s really bugging me is that I had lab results that specifically showed I have a certain issue and I was asking for treatment but he kept insisting that I don’t have that problem. Instead, his diagnosis was “a chronic disease” and he told me I have to take steroids for the rest of my life for it. This guy didn’t even tell me the name of my chronic disease. I had waited 4 months for a referral an hour in his office, he didn’t even spend 5 minutes talking to me.

Dr. Idris was very kind and caring while dealing with my aged mother's re-occurring ear infection. After his recommended treatment, the ear infection was finally cleared. It was very efficient to get an appointment with him.
