Had septum deviation nose surgery .surgery Went well .

Quite possibly the worst medical experience in all my 60 years. No introduction, late when he did show up, no review of my significant medical history, no care when performing tympanostomy, and specifically told me he didn't want to see me again.

I was sure this process required monthly follow up but received no after care instructions either. Will be looking elsewhere for follow up care. Quite sure all other reviews are by family members.

Dr. Chowdhury just performed surgery on me last week, and let me tell you, this man is a master of his profession.
I’m told my surgery went smoothly, there’s been no post surgery pain and healing has been fast.
Dr. Chowdhury’s bedside manner is excellent, he’s very warm and comforting and most definitely makes you feel at ease.
He and his staff have been great with communication, and left no question unanswered.
Rest assured, you’re in great hands with this Doctor!

In my opinion, the best ENT around. I recently had a surgery performed and he’s a perfectionist.
From the consultation, to post op, I received amazing care. He’s thorough and a physician who cares.
His staff is also amazing!

Care, genuine, professionalism. Dr. Raiyan Chaudry embraces these all plus many more traits that give him that great doctor status. He is patient and explains everything, genuine in the way it is explained truthfully and honestly and is very professional with a nice comfortable bed side manner. He is top notch in the city. He also works shifts in the hospital critical care during the pandemic. Thank you Dr Raiyan Chaudry.

I had surgery to repair a deviated septum. All aspects of the experience were efficient and profession, and the surgical result was excellent.

Dr. Chowdhury performed a deviated septum surgery on my husband in August 2021. After several years of seeing other doctors that would not listen to us and going through a few diagnosis of post-nasal drip and sleep apnea, it wasn’t until we visited Dr. Mohamed Tayem at Alberta ENT, who works directly with Dr. Chowdhury, that my husband was properly diagnosed and treated correctly. While I didn’t get to meet Dr. Chowdhury myself, my husband says his bedside manner was great. He was kind, attentive and professional. The surgery went very well (oh and the packing…well that’s just fun to remove!). My husband’s nose has healed very well; he followed all the directions as outlined by Dr. Chowdhury. At his follow up appointment, Dr. Chowdhury was again, very attentive and professional towards my husband. My husband can now breathe and his snoring is so low I barely hear it. I would highly recommend both Dr. Chowdhury and Dr. Mohamed Tayem if you have any sort of issue similar to this.

My grandmother needed to see an ENT in Edmonton and Dr. Chowdhury was awesome. She found him very kind and caring. I also had my tonsils taken out as an adult. Dr. Chowdhury performed the surgery and was great in preparing me for what to expect as well as the risks involved. I had the surgery and all went smoothly. He checked in with me a couple of times post surgery to ensure all went well. He is extremely competent and I really appreciate his compassion. I was glad to have such an experienced and skilled doctor perform my surgery. Thank you, Dr. Chowdhury.

After suffering sinus problems for many years, I got to see Dr. Chowdhury. Had my surgery within 8 months of seeing him. Excellent surgeon. His facility was impressive, not to mention the Covid protocol and the staff. Highly recommended.
