Good doctor, HOWEVER I feel always stressed, never know how he is going to react by my questions and his little time for his patients. I feel so rushed. He told me last time "That's all the time I have"and left me without asking if I had questions ...after waiting 1h and a half and beeing seen for 3 min. I felt very frustrated. If I continue to see him is because he is speciliazed in Asthma etc but every time I go there I panic. The first time my baby had bronchiolitis at 3months, I was panicked after all the instructions I received so I asked to repeat them...He humiliated me by rolling his eyes and almost said "it's not rocket science". Another time, after seeing my child 3 min, he was on his way out, I asked if he could check my child's eye. He was not happy, turned off the lights and used his eye tool towards my child who started to cry...afraid. Dr Chadha left me and said "I can't help you"...leaving me with my scares ...and he is suppose to be a pediatrician????

Outstanding paediatrician: caring, intelligent, very well-informed, and child-friendly. That is our experience over seven years with two children. The office end of this clinic is less reliable but I still highly recommend this doctor.

Dr. Chadha is a knowledgeable pediatrician who will soon be without a practice. Here's why: His office area and the associated clinic are messy/dirty looking, his staff don't care, don't answer the phone and don't return phone calls. The last appt for my son had to be booked in person because they didn't call back. Then when I showed up for my appointment the nurse said the Dr. wasn't there and the "other girl" was supposed to call. I was shuffled to the clinic beside where the Dr. on call looked puzzled when I said I had expected to see Dr. Chadha because he had been on vacation the past 2-3 weeks. Funny, when his office staff told me that this week was the "only week in Dec. he was in". I am looking for another Dr. He may be knowledgeable but the overall healthcare delivery system is abysmal and I believe patient care suffers overall.

The waiting room is dirty and overfull at most times. The phone is never answered. I have left messages and often am not called back at all and the one time my call was returned it took two weeks! It is unfortunate as I actually like Dr. Chadha, but the staff's inefficiency and the uncleanliness of the waiting room is causing me to search for a new pediatrician.

For the longest time, we didn't even have a pediatrician. We finally somehow got taken by him. On our first visit, I was very surprised by the general uncleanliness and almost unhealthy condition of the waiting room. The front desk receptionist is not acknowledging at all and is often rude at time. From her behaviors, it’s evident that she hates her job and rather be somewhere else. Dr. Chadha's medical assistant, only this lady is nice. Our son has a behavior challenges and the doctor knows that very well. Despite our best efforts to keep him on his best behavior, our played with a few items (3.5 yrs) in his office, to our surprise, Dr. Uday Chadha, completely lost it. It was very unprofessional and awfully rude. He yelled at the child. We were astonished, but kept it inside as there are no doctors who take new patients. -Dirty Office, Rude Staff, Rude Doctor, Always on vacation, always in hurry, and Runs patients like an assembly line. NOT RECOMMENDED

They never answer the phone, EVER. I even tried to fax them in a request and still no answer. The waiting room is filthy and the chairs are all stained. I feel rushed during my daughter's appointments so that he can get onto the next patient. Staff is very impatient.

DISGUSTING WAITING ROOM...so much so, I am afraid to sit anywhere. The staff are rude, never pick up the phone and can never fit you in. Dr Chadha is always gone or too busy to see someone outside of normal visits. When you do get his attention - it is great but it is rare. Very unfortunate about the office, staff and availability. Otherwise he would rank up there as one of the best.

I had chosen Dr. Chadha from a list of Dr's that were given to me when my daughter was born. On my first visit,I found the waiting room to be dirty and unsanitary. My first sign that this was a "drive-through" Dr's office was the sign on the door that said "One reason per visit". Dr. Chadha is very experienced and educated, however, he takes so many clients on that you have to wait an average of 1 1/2hrs to see him. The worst was, my appt was at 9am for injections for my daughter, and she wasn't seen until 11:30am. My daughter became ill and I called his office. The answering machine came on immed. I left a mess stating that I needed an appt with Dr. Chadha.I had to take her to the walk in clinic adjacent to his office where she was seen by a dr in 5 mins. His office called me 3 days later. During the 3 days I must've called his office at least 10times and each time the voicemail came on. I found a new dr. who I'm very happy with. also tries to sell you on unneccessary injections

Nothing but the best compliments for the Doc and his staff. We had twins, contacted his office and were accepted right away. While his office is not always the easiest to get a hold of by phone, it was definately worth the extra effort.

Dr Chadha was at the hospital when I had my first child. He was the attending pediatrician so we thought we would continue to see him. We are so glad we did. 3 children later and we are still haappy with his service. He is very knowledgable and ALWAYS brings a smile to my kids faces. He has always taken the time to answer our questions and he is the only Dr I would want to see if our children ever have any serious problems. The office is crammed but as the other person said that is not our focus. Our focus is having the best service from our pediatrician possible and he has always delivered that to us.
