Recently tried to make an appointment for a teenage daughter in crisis. Was told we were no longer patients of his as we had not been to see him for 2 years. No questions were asked about our daughter's need. Very cold and unfeeling. Definately, have the impression he is a doctor who's sole goal is money. If at all possible find yourself another doctor. One who at least gives the impression of casring.

Probably one the best physicians I've had, particularly in Canada's decaying socialized healthcare. Dr. Sannoufi has always made himself available to me and my family, including evenings and weekends. He is caring compassionate, supportive and informed. His staff are tremendous. Dr Sannoufi has raised the bar.

I have been a Patient of Dr. Sannoufi for 1+1/2years now. He was very thorough and helped with diagnosis of a very large brain tumour I had. He is pleasant, knowledgeable and above all, kind. He truly does care for his Patients. Some people say that he is late, uncaring and dissmissive. These people either feel 'entitled' or he din't tell you what you wanted to hear. He believes in being proactive about your health and does not over-prescribe.

Very pleased with Dr. Sannoufi. I do not feel rushed and really appreciate that he has you back to go over test results. You know they have been received and reviewed.

It seems he only likes younger people, seniors are important too.. Not too satisfied with him.

I thought it was just that he didn't like me, but obviously he has an attitude with everyone. Very quick, everything on his computer, bad attitude. Should stick with his emergency department work and leave being a G.P. to those that care

His clinic has optional paid for services, and it seems this is what he cares about - and where money likely comes from. As a result if you see him as a normal GP, covered under OHIP, he is always rushing, get you out in 5 minutes, and doesn't seem to really care much about you or your issues. His nurse is great though.

Finally....a healthcare approach and a physician that makes sense. Dr. Sannoufi, his staff and clinic are an option that has raised the bar. I would not hesitate in recommending Dr. Sannoufi and his clinic....
