Rude, rushed and motivated to recommend his private expensive service when he thinks you have the means to pay - and then provides only basic services for the fees. Running basic blood work and following up on tests is what all doctors should do - and then watch out when you no longer use his private services - very unprofessional !

Dr. Sannoufi's handling of me was atrocious when I was in the ER earlier this fall suffering from agonizing pain in the midsection; when he saw me after I waited overnight 8.5 hours, he did a quick prostate exam, said no you don't have cancer or infection, "it's just nerves, I'm 99.999% sure" and should settle down soon, go see my GP. He was flippant and curt, no time to answer a couple of basic questions. Well guess what, my pain "down there" persisted, until I saw a specialist who did prostate and urinary tests and determined I was indeed suffering from infection and inflammation, he put me on some medicine which made a real difference. Maybe Dr. Sannoufi is not incompetent, but lacks certain ethics, which is worse, you decide.

Had the most awful experience with him. Brushes off questions and concerns and rushes all appointments.

I went to ER he was knowledgeable and caring , he asked for all the required tests to be done , he showed care and kept in touch until the end of his shift.

I am very dissatisfied with him as a doctor! Ive had him for several years not by choice and he is always rushing my appointments and he never looks at me in the face he is always looking at his computer screen and he leaves patient files in the patient exam rooms which is very breach of confidentiality ! also his staff is not qualified at all as they draw the wrong blood tubes and give wrong requisitions ! I always feel like I'm the one that's bugging him

I am pleased with Dr. Sannoufi. Every issue I have gone to him with was dealt with in a way that I was satisfied with. I do not feel rushed with him and it seems like he listening to what I am saying.

I was in the ER of the QCH two days in a row with abdominal pain, and supposed ovarian problems, had an ultrasound done and this DR gave me the results,he told me I was fine and that I could leave or accept a CT scan.I said I would like a CT and then he accused me of faking to try and get narcotics(did not say it but he did imply it). Finally four hours later I got my CT done after he decided that I was not lying because I was still waiting and did not go home.Got the results for my contrast dye CT and he told me that my ovaries were clear, and there were no visible problems except abdominal fluid. He then sent my home with Naproxen.I am going to get a second opinion because he dismissed me so quickly and as a medical student I know fluid in the abdomen can sometimes indicate cancer,I am only 20 so it is a low chance of being ovarian cancer, but I do not want to risk it.He does not care and is very dismissive, just wants to get rid of you. I left w/o a reason 4 my pain. And no referral.

Usually running late for appts. Little bit better now he has better, more organised reception staff.waiting area not conducive to patient confidentiality .When he does see you, he remains standing which makes you feel uncomfortable . Always feel like you're being rushed . Max amount of time seems to be 5 mins. Have to remind him as to why you're there even if its for repeat visit or test results . Does not elaborate unless you ask pertinent questions . Poor bedside manner.Often dismissive .Has asked questions which were irrelevant to appt such as regarding immigration , job position , earnings in country of origin. Often seems nervous and ill at ease .Can be Kind and knowledgeable at times but no follow through.
