Dr. Surdykowsk himself. has always had a well practiced apathy .. however over the years, it has become him.; No personality left, all business; I felt as if my speaking was a hindrance to his well rehearsed routine.

Dr. Surdykowski has been caring for my eyes for a very long time (25 years)! He is always complete with the examination, takes time to listen and clearly explains conditions and options. His calm demeanor is greatly appreciated.

I have been seeing this doctor for almost 20 years. At my recent appt he was rude, abrupt and angry. We all have bad days but his behaviour was unacceptable. I will not be back and my family and I will be going elsewhere.

Normally have good experiences with him but most recent visit he was 20 minutes late and was rude to my other child and I while my youngest was having an exam. Perhaps just a bad day but didn't appreciate being treated that way.

Very pleasant, informative and helpful.
Doesn't rush you through and is not forcing you to buy the contact lenses from him. Very reasonable rates and his price for custom ordered contact lenses was very competitive.
A very good experience. Will definitely come back.

I've just seen Dr. Surdykowski once but it was by far the best experience I had with an optometrist. He took his time and examined my eyes thoroughly. He explained my problem and answered questions. You get the feeling that he is really listening to your problem and wants to help you, often this is not the case with many other physicians who rush you through the examination.
