Awful, Rude, Ignorant & Incompetent! What a B**ch!
Repeatedly threatened to call the cops on me because she didn't believe I tested my blood sugar before driving and insisted I was doing something illegal. After talking with multiple other doctors and nurses, they were mortified and informed me that she was wrong.
Later found out I was put on Insulin and other drugs prematurely and incorrectly and I am stuck with Insulin for life because of her ignorance.... instead of the other options I could have tried before Insulin.
Very condescending, self promotes her blog, inappropriately brings up unrelated topics or symptoms to embarrass instead of actually help.
Unacceptable, unprofessional. Office staff were rude, witnessed fighting with patients, unable to get in touch with them...EVER. ALWAYS VERY LATE with appointments and short meaningless appointments filled with judgement and inappropriate behavior.

I didn't like her from the get-go. She was arrogant and rarely looked at me during my appointment. She discussed with me my case and just told me to eat less and move more. I happily told her I had already started losing weight and I couldn't believe it when she basically said that I will most likely gain it all back. What the heck!?!? So condescending. I will never go back to her and will never recommend people to go to her

More interested in promoting her personal blog than helping sort out my hormonal imbalances. I waited for 8 months to get an appointment with Dr. Pedersen and was very hopeful she would be able to help me. After years of triathlon, and then training for and finishing a full Ironman - training 14-20 hours a week, counting macros for nutrition, and ultimately completing a 15 hour endurance race - I was still unable to lose weight & had other persistent symptoms. What Dr. Sue did was fat shame me and completely disregard my experience with fitness and nutrition. It was infuriating and demoralizing. She did not offer additional diagnostics to what my family doctor had already recommended, and only offered two appetite suppressing / fat blocking drugs as a solution. All the while making more plugs about her blog and how she reviews Garmins. I was extremely disappointed in her lack of professionalism and willingness to help me find a solution beyond telling me to work out more and eat a balanced diet.

I have been a patient of Dr.Sue since 2010, not only was she the only doctor after years of other doctors telling me there was nothing wrong with me able to figure out what the problem was she is king and caring doesn’t just look at her patients as just another number she actually cares about them, and for me that is something that is very rare I completely 100 percent trust my life in her hands. If it wasn’t for her I don’t know where I would be today so from the bottom of my heart keep up the fantastic job Dr. Sue much love from this patient if I could give ten stars I absolutely would

Dr. Sue is a thorough professional and knows her work in detail and is quite passionate about it. I have been struggling with my endocrine issues and obesity all my life and even after seeing a number of good doctors none related to my disease except her and has helped me so much that in a matter of 5 months I have lost more than 60 pounds! He is nothin less than an angel to me in my life and I wish her all the best and success in her career and personal life.

Reception was warm and friendly, this was my first visit with Dr. Pedersen and she had taken the time to review my history and lab results hours before the office was open for patients. She was thorough explaining my condition and set up follow up call to ensure my progress. I highly recommend this knowledgeable professional.

This doctor is disrespectful. She acts interested until you ask any question and then you were treated like a burden and a bother.

Rude and condesending, this doctor doesn't listen. She's dismissive and doesn't follow up. Extremely disappointed. I'll never go back.

Visited Dr.Sue for the first time today for weight loss.
I found her to be direct but kind. She was also prepared for my appointment having pre reviewed my file. She answered all of my questions and has sent me for some additional tests. While I do not know Dr.Pederson well yet I feel fortunate to be able to work with her going forward.

Didn’t have the time of day for me. Didn’t face me (she was facing the wall typing on her computer the whole time). I felt rushed, dumb and “unqualified” to be her patient. The whole thing was less than 5 mins. After months of waiting. Never going back.
