I have not seen the OB yet and I am already anxious about them. I called the clinic because I had not heard from them 4 days after my doctor referred me on an urgent time sensitive issue. I told the person who answered the phone I will call them until I get the answer, she told me that they had procedures and they will call me once the doctor looks at it. The aggravating thing was them calling my doctor to threaten not to take my case if I call them. The arrogance of a health care professional who is supposed to be understanding and reassuring.
not impressed awful treatment from nurses not good , racist , discrimination . no quality health care for all nationalities . wake up people its wrong to miss treat babies like hello go check your babies at mid night shift at Rocky View NICU general hospital . its like a ghost town in the nicu at mid night hour . omg the cries I still hear them plz pray the babies all around the world.
Drove 2.5 hrs to this particular emerg this past Friday on the advice of my specialists reception regarding urgent issues. The nurses were ok but the emerg Dr was unable to find the cause and did not even consult with appropriate specialist on call. He was very quick to get me out after waiting 4 hrs just to get in. Was sent home with no direction or resolution and still suffering.
I loved this hospital especially the nurses at the OB OR and post partum depart. all the Nurses are awesome especially Nurse Jesse.I had a scheduled CS at 10am but they took me in at 3pm plus the 1 hour waiting at the OR because they have an emergency delivery so all the staff went out and 1 student nurse stayed with me and then when they came back after 30 min.we had a lil bit party at the OR ,the Nurses entertained us by playing a country music as per request by my husband, while waiting for anesthesiologist. They are all awesome especially the one who looks like Dr. KRISTENSEN .I felt like my Doctor was there too eventhough she's not.My 2 anesthesiologist are very kind too Dr. Soska and sorry I forgot his name but I met him b4 cos his my anest.on my first CS.and to my OB doctor who delivered my baby Selene.I salute and too much respect and thankful to all of yo u.:)😉😉😉😘😘😘
I came in with high bp, pounding heart, racing pulse, chest pain, and numbness in my hands and face. Because I have a uterus, and am therefore hysterical, the Doctor told me had anxiety. He offered me atavan, and sent me home. After that (another 3 visits at least) I was immediately dismissed as "anxious" every time I came and treated very poorly. Thank goodness my Family Physician came back - as I'd hate to think what would have eventually happened to me. There was a time I would have insisted everyone in my family to the Rockyview ER. Now, I hope they never do.
I came in with extreme pain in my abdomen and the er wouldn't give me any painkillers saying I had muscle pain and sent me home. 6 hours later I was jaundice and in so much pain I was vomiting and needed an ambulance to get back to the hospital. It turned out I had over 100 gallstones and they caused me to have pancreatitis. I almost died that night. The head er dr came and asked me not to sue them for negligence. Ultimately the surgeon and unit staff were wonderful but I will never go back to that er!
