i wasn’t able to see my family doctor for years even after requesting to see her only. always a student or other staff who wouldn’t listen to me or take me seriously. i found a new clinic and was able to get 95% of issues solved on the second visit. don’t waste your time with crowfoot village family practice.

Almost impossible to get in to see your doctor. If you book several days out you might see a different one at the practice. As I understand it, many only work a couple days a week here. Follow up is also poor, so you will have to call and wait for 5 minutes to get through to check if your referral was done.

I love this clinic I have been going for several years . The staff are great , very helpful , nothing but top service from the staff and the Doctors . I have had such good care from everyone and Doctor Yu is a great .

Have been a patient here for years. They give top service and always are willing to go above and beyond to get to the source of the problem. They have also replaced a lot of front end staff I think as a result of patient complaints about the initial receptionists.

I have been going to CVFP for years. They are always pleasant and very accommodating. I feel in good hands whenever I deal with them.

I absolutely love this clinic. I’ve been going here for 12+ years and have moved to Airdrie but still continue to go to this clinic as it is second to none. Doctor Croteau is kind and will listen to all your concerns. She is absolutely great with my 6 month old!! I can always get a quick appointment when needed.

This is not a hospital, it is a regular clinic and not a very good one at that. They have "teams" that are like a practice within a practice and it's a crap shoot if you'll get a decent doctor or staff member. And you may get seen by a doctor in training with only a 30 second check in by your actual doctor. They get paid a flat rate per yearby AHS for every patient, even if you don't see them at all ! This clinic is just ripping off the health care system and making their doctors rich. Don't support these money grubbers.

Always had to ask 6 times before any action was taken. No proactivity from drs . Never got to see my dr as she was literally always booked and then saw students? Who misdiagnosed on at least 2 occasions.
