Dr Kim is great. We have been seeing him for over 20 years for my son and family members. He takes his time and is very caring and informative. He always gives you time to ask questions and answer them. Very thorough and was so helpful. Would recommend to anyone.

I am so happy with the quality of care I am receiving. I was with an allergist in Toronto for 20 years and I never felt that I was receiving quality care. Now that I am in Dr. Kim's practice, I have begun de-sensitization shots. The staff are excellent. He is very accessible and when I left a message recently he returned my call promptly.

I was extremely disappointed in my recent visit. I used to enjoy going there, but my recent visit was quite awful for several reasons. One reason being they did not even know what they were testing me for. They neglected to read my medical history prior to my arrival, and as such, forgot to test me for 1/2 of my anaphylactic allergies. I had to remind them to do it.

Incredible doctor. Very open-minded and considerate. Listens to everything you have to say and asks as many questions as needed. If he is late it’s usually because he goes above and beyond for his patients and their appointments with him go longer than expected. Extremely thorough and very efficient and very friendly and polite. Long waiting time for a referral but definitely worth the wait!

Very knowledgeable, thinks outside the box. Always follows up. No stone left unturned. He changed my life and found the problem that no other Dr. could find.

I thought at first he was ok. Like others I waited forever in his waiting room. He seemed to know his stuff.


During tHe pandemic I saw someone else further away, WAY better!

We in Kitchener Waterloo area seem to get bad care and what we think is good care is bad in comparison to bigger cities and their specialists.

So I guess ok if you want to stay local but terrible compared to the specialist I saw elsewhere who is probably more used to competition for people

Although the waiting time, specifically in his office was brutal. I found it was more than worth it after seeing him. I have seen 17 specialists and he has been the most invested and caring doctor yet. Listened to everything I had to say, thoroughly read through my medical history, and before we finished asked me if he felt we addressed all my concerns and issues and if there was anything more he could do for me. 10/10. I was referred to Dr. Kim by another allergist who really felt my allergies could be better treated by this team. He was Right! I have been with Dr, Kim for 15+ years. He has changed my quality of life for the better. I have gone into anaphylaxis in the office and it was handled expeditiously and professionally. I have gotten in to the office as needed when there are issues with my allergies. I can't thank the whole team enough for all that they do.
