Rude, arrogant and disrespectful doctor.
He does not listen completely, he does not explain fully.
Does not read or respond to faxes for prescription refills.
Very frustrating dealing with Dr. White. Very glad we chose to wait for an opening with another allergist.

I saw Dr. White for enlarged turbinates and shortness of breath. He was thorough, answered all of my questions in an understandable manner, and I did not feel rushed. He considered a full history and took his time. I felt heard. He was also kind. Good doctor all around!

I really like Dr. White. He's thorough and explains things well. He was patient with kids also which is huge.
I had to go to another allergist in Owen Sound and did not like them as well as Dr. White (office changed referral location).

Told I had chronic spontaneous hives… turns out I have celiac disease after I went to a different doctor. Gluten free diet and hives are gone… Magic.

Dr.white is a great doctor. He is very to the point and may come off as rude but I think he just has poor social skills. He is extremely knowledgeable and has helped me many, many times over the years. I’ve never had a problem with his staff and I’ve always been treated well at his office.

I have left messages with an inquiries & staff never returns the calls. The once I did get through the person was rude for no apparent reason it was just a question. My doctor's office had to fax my reorder processing in 3 times as this girl said it wasn't received. I spoke to the doctor's office telling them this. YES it had been sent as it was on my file, also my doctor's staff is extremely efficient & friendly. I just left a message today with a question my drug provider needs to know, we will see if I receive a call back on it. On that note my appt. with Dr. White went well.

Worst experience ever. The nurse kept dropping the tests, Dr White couldn't answer what allergy testing was done on me, he didn't even check my arm as I had a sweater on he actually didn't look at me at all and my face was swelling from the tests. He told me I didn't have allergies, I had intolerances and that I should just "deal with it" as he left the room completely dismissing me. I would be interested to know what he charged for my 12 minute 20 second appointment that he left me swelling up with breathing issues. Scariest appointment ever.

Have been seeing Dr. White for over 10 years now. Always pleased with the service and how kind and friendly they all are. Would highly recommend him.

He is a good doctor but very slow. Getting anything done or even contacting him will be a struggle but when you finally get in touch with doctor white he knows what he’s doing and is very effective.

The front desk staff are rude and don't actually know what they are talking about. And they don't return calls when messages are left. Would not recommend.
