I’ve had the good fortune of receiving professional health care outside of Canada. The best health care I received outside of Canada, was in Vienna Austria. House calls, MRI’s within 24hrs, specialists seeing you the same day were common.
Well that standard was met and surpassed by Dr. McDonald and his amazing team. All were professional, courteous, respectful and kind. Within minutes of meeting Dr. McDonald, you are at ease because of his gentle demeanour and his ability to explain in layperson terms the possibilities to address the issue. After leaving the consultation, I sat in my car for a few minutes and told myself that was like having a discussion with my best friend.
The procedure went just as expected - perfect in every way.

This practice is extremely professional. From the front desk, to the nursing staff, the anesthesiologist to Dr McDonald himself the service is beyond exemplary. The best bar none. Caring, professional, explains every detail during the consult. He did my upper and lower eyelids with phenomenal results. At my second review he was not quite happy on how my left lower eyelid looked even though I was satisfied and he elected to do a revision even though most other doctors would have been satisfied. Since my surgery over a year ago he has done surgery on many of my friends and co-workers that could not believe the results that I had. The whole staff make you feel like they care.
