I had cataracts surgery on JAN 9th with doctor Bahtti, he did a great job. I can see now even better that the vision I had when I was 18 years old. Thank you so much doctor Bhatti and your team.
Perhaps the administration people would still need to improve in some areas like trying to be more polite when talking on the phone with your clients. Remember that you get paid because of "us"; your clients. The optometrists / technicians and ophthalmologists are just a great team ; -)

Good communication skills and listening to concerns. Does not seem rushed or annoyed with questions. Pleasure to deal with. Very specific with his answers and supports with relevant measurement assessment.

My experience with Dr Bahtti was great. Did both eyes for caterac first Dec 2023 and 2nd Jan 2024. As of now everything going good only I have a hard time for drops but I'm lucky to have someone to help for that. I will be glad after I see my eye doctor 6wkks - March to see if all is well, I'm very hopefull. The wait in the waitng room is a bit of a problem but we are worn about it could take 2 to 3 hrs. All in all good THANKS , glad it is done.

I am really pleased with the services received by Dr. Bhatti and iCare Optical. Dr. Bhatti’s expertise has brought me to a place I never thought I would find myself. I never thought it was possible for me to walk around without wearing eyewear but here I am doing that after wearing glasses for more than 4 decades. The refractive cataract surgery I underwent proceeded very quickly, and the risks were all clearly explained. I highly recommend Dr. Bhatti for anyone needing this type of expertise.

Excellent experience with DrBhatti. Highly recommended. In office staff also very helpful and knowledgeable . However I found admin staff to be very slow in returning phone calls and often never returned or responded to message left via voicemail.
