I have been a patient of Dr Lui's since he became head of the department and have been seen by him regularly since then. Apart from the occasional time when the clinic has been overwhelmed and he has been behind I have had excellent, caring and supportive treatment from Dr Lui, the residents and the staff. This has been a consitent experience. for exams, laser and other treatment including minor surgeries. Dr Lui is caring and interested in his patients. Highly reccomended.

I must agree with the other comment made regarding Lui’s interaction with patients. If for some reason he doesn’t like you (tall, skinny, brown or white), he won’t help you. He was my 2nd dermatologist and after asking me demeaning questions, he gave me the same prescription I already have. I told him that it doesn’t work. He said that’s all he could do. I went to a 3rd dermatologist and I was treated and cleared up in a week. So there you go. The decision is yours.

Another good visit with Dr. Harvey Lui. He was on time, a good listener and he dealt with my issues efficiently. He has provided me with good care consistently for years.

Pointless visit. Didn't tell me anything I didn't already know. He asked my why I thought I had my condition. I'm the patient, I don't need to be quizzed and spoken to in a demeaning way. He truly didn't care about helping me, that was very apparent. Save you time, go to a dermatologist that will at least make eye contact with you.

Horrible. Treats his staff and students very poorly and is very fake with patients. Petty and two-faced, should not be allowed to interact with people.

Dr. Lui has been my father's dermatologist for many years and provided him with outstanding care. He is knowledgeable, professional and kind. He has been very accommodating through my father's health challenges. We are very appreciative.

If Lui for any reason doesn't like you, you're not going to get any solutions to help you. This "Dr" has terrible social skills, is rude and condescending. I was sent to him since he was recommended as a good dermatologist. He was 100% awful. He does not care. Since then I have found another Dr and my condition is gone. No reason why Lui could have not made the same recommendation. Don't waste your time.

i have had the worst interuction with this doctor..He is very rude,no social skills,zero compassion, condesending etc...DO NOT GO TO HIM .He will ignore you and will not help you !!!!!
