I have been a patient of Dr. Humphrey for years.

As I have faced the challenges that life presents us, I realize how fortunate I am to have a team of guardian angels that take care of me.
One of those angels is Dr. Shannon Humphrey, my dermatologist.
While she is undoubtedly a well recognized dermatologist, her care of me goes beyond that of a professional providing a service for a fee. She cares about me as a person in a wholistic sense, not just a specific skin concern. She understands my lifestyle, challenges and limitations and gives me a plan and the support that I need. As a bonus, she is herself, an inspiration to good health and a balanced lifestyle.
Many years ago, I had some concerns about my skin. I recognized that I have a chronic skin condition, plus I had some other concerns and I wondered if the new technology at that time could help (lasers). I consulted three dermatologists, all prominently recognized in their field. I paid three consulting fees and asked them all the same questions. I followed up and did something with each dermatologist. While the procedures worked, my experience with each dermatologist varied greatly. I ended up staying with Dr. Humphrey’s practice as I felt that the standard of practice was higher there.
It isn’t just her professional expertise, which is considerable, it is her philosophy and approach to life. She sees me as a whole person and guides me as dermatology evolves and as my life changes as I get older.
Not only that, but she has built a team of like-minded people who provide the same support and service all through my time with them.
I am indeed fortunate to have a team of guardian angels looking after me.

This is one doctor's appointment that stands in sharp contrast to all others.
The clinic is beautiful - - including the views.
In addition, the life of the clinic - -
Dr. Shannon Humphrey and each one of her staff - - is a cohort of friendly and highly skilled professionals.
I have full confidence in Dr. Humphrey's work, not only because she is a sought-after instructor in her profession, and is clearly well experienced in her practise, but also because my results are always positive, and most importantly, natural looking.

I have been seeing Dr Shannon Humphrey for various cosmetic treatments for over 10 years - most recently, on Nov 20, 2023. Dr. Humphrey conducts a critical assessment of areas of concern to me on each visit, providing recommendations with options and alternatives to achieve maximum/ideal results in keeping with my budget. Dr. Humphrey is consistent and precise. She does not over-treat, which results in realistic, subtle outcomes. This is why I keep coming back - Dr. Humphrey is an absolute master in her field! I was recruited for the research team to complete a study and discovered the clinic.. My experience with Shannon has been mediocre as she is dismissive and hostile towards others which made my visits unpleasant. I would have to wait for an extensive time just for her to rush in and leave within minutes. I can also hear a lot of gossip while I was in the waiting room

The researcher was very memorable and diligent in supporting me throughout the study and that was the only reason why I stayed in the study.

I never thought a dermatology clinic would end up being my "happy place", but that was before I started going to Humphrey & Beleznay. Every aspect of every visit has been absolutely top notch. The clinic is beautiful, the view is breathtaking, and every member of the team has been warm, welcoming, and utterly professional. But what really matters is that Dr. Humphrey and her team are basically miracle workers. I first visited with a vague idea of what I wanted (look better?), but they spent a lot of time with me to really understand what I needed in a way that I couldn't have articulated on my own. I have learned so much with every visit, and I have left every time looking better and feeling better... but still looking like me. I think this true story sums it all up: just the other day I had an Uber driver look at me in the rearview mirror and say, "Why do you have so much grey hair when you're so young?"

From start to finish my experience was exceptional. The clinic is gorgeous. All staff, from reception to the nurses and doctor, are friendly and helpful. Dr. Humphrey is so knowledgable and took the time to understand my goals and provide thoughtful recommendations. My results are AMAZING. I personally really wanted natural-looking results and Dr. Humphrey is second-to-none in her ability to provide this. I whole-heartedly recommend Dr. Humphrey without hesitation.
