I would not recommend this doctor, he does not care about his patients, he reads on his computer , no use telling what is bothering me, he tells me to be quiet so he can concentrate on his computer. He made me cry so many times.

Dr. Morissey never listens to you, he is always typing on his computer, does not listen to my concerns, I asked for anti depressants and he asked me what kind you want. Very unprofessional, trying to find another doctor is impossible, I am trying to no avail. I would not recommend this doctor.

Dr Morrissey does not seem to listen to you. He is always typing on his computer while you talk to him, instead of listening to you. He is usually 30-60 minutes late to every appointment. The staff is generally rude, albeit sometimes friendly. I don't feel that he has good knowledge of medecine.

Rarely available, no empathy and scatter-brained. My medication is on back order and I am out. He was faxed several times and still no response.

This doctor gave my child a pile of pills for conditions that he did not have. Moreover, when I looked to discuss it with him, he was routinely unavailable and told me to make an appointment. I have since taken my child to another doctor who has actually started testing rather than writing scripts.

I would mot recommend this doctor to anyone. He lacks serious time management skills. He doesnt listen to your concerns and tries to dismiss them to simply move on to the next patient. 40 minutes late for a 5 minute apt, unacceptable and unethical

The only doctor in my entire life that didn’t have a female nurse present for a vaginal exam. I’m a female patient, he is a male doctor. I was asked to remove my bra and my shirt with him still in the room, then when the exam was over, he instructed me to get dressed while he was still IN THE ROOM. Facing away or not, he should leave the room while I dress. I have never felt more violated and I was so shocked that I didn’t speak up when I should have. No matter the gender of the doctor, it is for privacy that they are supposed to leave the room for you to undress/dress. Wondering if anyone else has had this issue with Dr Morrisey?

Always late.....pleasant doctor but always reading on computer instead of listening. Feel he does not listen to other symptons and concerns.

He is my mother's Doctor. Unfortunately, he cares only about money, and will not address more than one issue a visit. I can understand for time reasons, but sometimes issues are intertwined, and require concurrent assessment. He instead, prefers to have patients come back, so he can bill OHIP again. He once made her come in for results she already got from the ER department, but did nothing to address the issues further, and refused to refer her to aspecialist, which she very clearly needed. All this, for an issue she approached him about, which his dismissed as not important. She asked him about concerning neurological symptoms, which he dismissed saying "If you do have "X" it is degenerative, so no need to investigate or refer to a neurologist". His opinion on her condition varies from one appointment to the next. For example, her blood pressure is HORRIBLE one visit, and he wants to start her on meds NOW, but the same reading during her next visit is "perfect", and she doesn't require treatment. He does not care to explain anything, and just wants to push the patient out to see the next. He charges $0.50 per lab result page, and complains to patients they should not have access to them, as they are not trained to read them, and just end up asking him questions for nothing. He is clearly not an advocate for patient health, and sees his practice as walking dollar signs instead of people. Unfortunately, I feel her health will deteriorate due to his nonchalance, but cannot do anything about, as I have no authority over her health.
