Compassionate, good sense of humor, took over my case days after Dr Talbot died. She operated on me twice in two years for two different conditions. I have nothing but respect for her.

Dr Kelly Dabbs treated me for breast cancer 20 years ago (radical mastectomy). Surgery was followed by chemo and then radiation, and adjunct Rx drugs. Throughout the whole time, Dr Dabbs was there for me with the utmost knowledge, compassion and empathy. Now, 20 years later, another cancer diagnosis in the other breast. I pray to God that Dr Dabbs will be my surgeons and caregiver this time around. She got me through this dreaded disease last time, and I know she can do it again. Nothing but excellent care from this gal. God Bless her!

Finally a doctor who doesn’t treat you like your crazy for worrying or having concerns. I’m a breast cancer survivor and also carry a newly discovered gene for ovarian cancer and possibly other cancers. It was like a huge weight had been lifted off my shoulders knowing Dr Dabbs and her team at the Hereditary Breast and Ovarian clinic will be looking out for me.

I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer at the young age of 37. Dr. Dabbs was very compassionate, thorough and made me and my family feel comfortable right from my first appointment. She took her time answering all my questions and concerns and never made me feel rushed or a burden. When it came time for my double mastectomy, she had traded off with her partner but assured me that I was in great hands. Everything went well and my follow up was better than expected. I couldn't have asked for a better surgeon during this difficult time. Her bed side manner made an the difference and I appreciate all she's done for me!

I had a mastectomy 8 years ago with Dr Dabbs and I had 3 lumps and a cancerous sentinel node. Dr Dabbs is highly respected by her peers and I know why. It was such a difficult and scary time and her confidence, compassion and skill put me completely at ease and she was very thorough for the operation. Grateful to this Dr for giving me a positive outcome by using such solid judgement. I was very lucky!

Years ago this doctor was to help me with an anal abscess. One procedure and not even 12 hours later I was back in the ER. I never let her touch me again. My surgeon was Dr David Olson I want to rate this Doctor but I don't see any negatives

This doctor was arrogant and dismissive. She does not like questions and I did not get honest answers.

In 2005-2006 I went for surgery for a medium sized hernia. The initial consultation was some what scary. Dr. Dabbs treated I and my Husband with disrespect and  -unprofessionalism she definatley has issues with male spouses she was very verbally abusive towards my Husband and didn't care what he has to say. I went for the hernia repair reluctantly, she knew I was a diabetic and during after the surgery her bed side manor was awful she did not show any empathy or compassion.  Eleven days after the initial surgery I ended up with a serious infection I had to go in for emergency surgery to remove the mesh that was used for the hernia repair. Then when I got back to my room in the hospital they had packed 5 full bed sheets into my abdomen, my husband was horrified he was so angry with Dr. Dabbs on how the emergency outcome had turned out... I spent like a week in hospital then she said oh we will have to use a wound Vac to help close up the basketball size hole this Dr. Left in my abdomen. Then with the infection I was sent home with a pick line with vancomycin. My husband was left for him to care for me for 18 weeks I was in severe pain and the constant cleaning of the wound. This Dr. Dabbs left me disfigured my abdomen is a horrible thing to look at i no longer have a belly button. I feel so hurt how this doctor left me and she didn't care of my safety of having diabetes or how she left me in a horrible state.... for any woman or man getting any surgery done by this so called surgeon be careful and if you have any hesitations take them to heart.... I now have found a different surgeon 10 years later to try and fix the mess and disfigurement this Dr. Left me In!!!!
