Yes, you do wait for over an hour to see Dr. Bright, but it's all worth it. She takes the time needed with each patient. I never felt she was in hurry to get rid of me. Always attentive and concern to what I have to say. I will miss her tremendously when she retires. Thank you Dr. Bright

I have been this doctor's patient for decades. Yes, her appointments run over time and you wait to see her but it is worth it...but her office will always tell you how late she is running, so you can arrive late too and not wasste time. She is a brilliant diagnostician who backs up her gift with the appropriate tests and specialist referrals. One always knows that she will take as much time as is needed, and she will look at your issues holistically. She deals with the mind, heart and body. She is compassionate and caring and fun. A role model for her profession.

I have never once seen Dr. Bright when I have not had to wait for close to an hour. This is true even when I have been the first patient scheduled that morning. She makes me feel like she is not taking the time needed for my medical care and she has not always supported her diagnoses with the appropriate tests. I am looking for a new doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bright for over 20 years. True, sometimes i have to wait 1 hr to see her, but it's well worth the wait. She has been an excellent doctor, always willing to listen to what my problems were and i never once felt rushed. If you're reading this Dr. Bright - KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!

While often late, phone and ask. Her staff will tell you how late she is running. If complete physical needed, tell staff so they book enough time. Spends the time required to talk/listen to patients (may explain delays). Recommends tests and/or specialists as appropriate. Has gone out of her way for my family and I (sometimes making house calls after office hours). The best!

Dr. Bright has been my doctor for many decades and for most of that time I thought she was wonderful. In recent years, she seems overworked and distracted and complains a great deal about the health care system, which can get tedious. Her move to South Bank caused a drastic reduction in staff quality and telephone service.I`m looking for a new doctor.

Yes, you may have to wait for ahwile for Dr. Bright but it's nice to know that it's because she's taking the time needed with each patient and you will be treated the same. She is a kind, warm and understanding doctor. In my opinion, one of the best!

Dr Bright is the most caring doctor I have ever been to. She is thorough and takes the time to talk to me and truly cares about her patients. I never feel rushed and in a recent incident Dr. Bright went far above and beyond to help me with a difficult medical problem. She definitely chose the right profession and she is irreplaceable!

Be prepared to wait over 2.5 hours to see her, she keeps her patients waiting for a very long time. I have known her for over 25 years and the wait time was always long. Her diagnosis of my condition was often off the mark.
