For years I have gone to this doctor, but she wouldn't try and diagnose me when I had a problem. She'll tell me that nothing is wrong, yet weeks later I am still in pain. She is rude, and feels like she's threatening me instead. Her receptionist is also just as rude, and it obviously seems like she doesn't like her job. This doctor will shut me down whenever I would ask a question. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.

I'm so happy I got a new doctor who is knowledgable & friendly with a warm receptionist. Dr. Shamsian receptionist is very rude, it's like she doesn't know anything about etiquette. Dr. Shamsian should undergo evaluation for the way she practices medicine. Still till this day can't even believe my eyes that there is a doctor like Dr. Shamsian out in the world, it's mind boggling.

I've been a patient of Dr. Shamsian's for 15 years now and I trust her completely. She is an excellent doctor who always takes the time to listen and understand my concerns. She is excellent with my two children. Whenever she is unsure, she always refers us to specialists. She has a very straightforward approach, which some people my find abrupt at times, but I appreciate her honesty. I feel very lucky to have her as my physician.

Terrible doctor, and very rude secretary, you can tell Dr. Shamsian only cares about her patients that are of old age for some reason. Whenever I ask her questions instead of explaining she shuts me down with a rude statement.

Dr. Shamsian cares for me because she is strict with me. When I asked for (er, demanded) a specific treatment, she looked into it. Then she explained why a different treatment was better to start with. The office is quiet and comfortable. The receptionist is quick and good about finding a spot for me if it is urgent.

Terrible Doctor. Arrogant and self righteous. Blamed me for her mistakes on my prescription renewals. Rude. As soon as I mentioned getting a medical marijuana license for chronic pain and lowering a prescription med she raised her voice and said I can't do that. Accused me of always tampering with my meds and said she couldn't keep me as a patient if I continued. Basically any mention of medical marijuana and she will drop you immediately. Too bad..she could have learned from me and chronic pain. I'm off the pharmaceuticals and doing well with cbd capsules. Went from 200 robaxcette a month to 0..yes 200 and she knew about it, she denied it but I mentioned it a few times. She said I was better off with robaxcette. Wow.. be your own doctor people. Ask questions and don't let any doctor bully you. Dr. Shamaian could use some further education with chronic pain and how to treat it. She is also very moody. Dont show any emotion or she will suggest therapy lol
