My Mother is 80 years old and is a patient of Dr. Elham Shamsian. This is a terrible, dismissive Doctor who refuses to take her blood pressure or give her a EKG when she asks for one, amongst other issues. My Mother has asked for support to get on the examining table for an examination and this Doctor has refused to assist her. This Doctor needs to be reported to the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)

Very rude and impolite receptionist. After 5 months waiting to her list for not a reasonable issue she didn’t accept me.

Unfortunately, her receptionist is very rude and condescending. She speaks to you as if you're a child and makes sure you know that she's the one with the power. It's off putting and disappointing to have an individual with that kind of attitude and impatience as the front line to the clinic.

Docteur Shamsian est un bon docteur qui n’hésite pas à référer à un spécialiste lorsque le besoin est là. Elle est à l’écoute des requêtes. Elle est, par contre, froide et tes brèves pendant les entretiens. Les visites doivent être rapides. La secrétaire est affreuse. Elle traite les patients comme des enfants. Elle est impatiente et émet facilement des reproches. ‘’You are late’’, ‘’what is the issue?’’ One problem only per apt’’, ’’ you can’t do this and that. She has no manner at all. I am thinking to change for an another doctor mainly because of her secretary.

Dr. Shamsian has been a great doctor to me and her receptionist is very sweet. They always make time for me. I went to her and I was in a lot of pain so she did some tests. She was so worried about me that she actually called me on her personal cell phone on a Saturday evening to let me know the results in order to put my mind at ease.

Dr. Shamsian has become arrogant and careless over the years. It is unfortunate because she was really efficient and displayed a human side at the same time. She is usually on-time. Her secretary is generally nice, and will try to accommodate based on the patient's need.
