Condescending tone, outcome not as expected. No ultrasound to figure out any issues. Will need to go elsewhere after 3 treatments. Receptionist barged in while I was getting dressed because they were behind. I paid $600for30 mins! Let me get dressed! was in my underwear. She was very rude! Left feeling rushed and like garbage.

In my opinion he’s in it for the $.

What a wonderful and encouraging experience to be treated by Dr Udwadia. I found him to be kind, compassionate and very knowledgeable and most importantly honest, no pressure whatsoever to proceed with any treatment.. He patiently explained all options and answered all my questions. The staff are equally wonderful and efficient.

Probably the kindest, most caring doctor that I have ever had the occasion to visit. Always non rushed & takes the extra time to explain the procedure & what he is doing. He even follows up visits with phone calls. AMAZING doctor! His staff are equally so nice.

I had varicose vines. I visited 4 doctors before stopping with dr. Rushad:
- knowledgeable - could answer mine and my husband conserns;
- caring - I felt safe and prepared for each treatment;
- good stuff, good scheduling (not more than 10 mins wait);
- follow up calls;
- attentive - answered all my follow up questions (call, e-mail, sometimes I am overwhelmed and forget to ask or forget an answer).

I would recommend this doctor in case you want to be in a good hands: knowledge, professional hands, tons of experience, no rush through any procedure or answering questions.

After nearly 2 decades of "suffering in vein" and having multiple unsuccessful treatments with doctors across Canada, my mom recommended Doctor Udwadia. My legs are finally vein-free! This is, without a doubt, the BEST clinic in Canada for leg vein treatments. If you have tried other doctors and have given up hope, please try the Vein and Laser Clinic in North Vancouver. You WILL get results and beautiful vein-free legs! I'm so happy and grateful to have found Doctor Udwadia. He is a wonderful, caring doctor who has truly upgraded my self-esteem and I'm more proud to show off my legs in my mid-40's than in my 20's. Seriously, life-changing! Five Stars!!!!

Before my sessions with Dr Rushad Udwadia, I hadn't had a positive medical experience. My past experiences were neutral or slightly on the uncomfortable/negative side. I usually feel like a lab rat, being poked and prodded and asked a series of questions to understand my body without caring about the Person living in it.

My sessions with Dr. Rushad Udwadia could not have been further from my prior experiences. The attention, care and patience he gave during our time together helped to significantly calm any anxiety I felt about the treatment, and nurtured a strong Patient-Doctor trust. He expressed himself well, set clear expectations, and always gave me space to ask questions without judgement. The sclerotherapy sessions were always on time, and Dr. Rushad would personally check-in the evening of every session to make sure that I was comfortable. I left every session knowing that I was taken care of. I no longer worry about further varicose vein development, because I know if/when they come, I'll have a great Doctor to help out.
