Before my sessions with Dr Rushad Udwadia, I hadn't had a positive medical experience. My past experiences were neutral or slightly on the uncomfortable/negative side. I usually feel like a lab rat, being poked and prodded and asked a series of questions to understand my body without caring about the Person living in it.

My sessions with Dr. Rushad Udwadia could not have been further from my prior experiences. The attention, care and patience he gave during our time together helped to significantly calm any anxiety I felt about the treatment, and nurtured a strong Patient-Doctor trust. He expressed himself well, set clear expectations, and always gave me space to ask questions without judgement. The sclerotherapy sessions were always on time, and Dr. Rushad would personally check-in the evening of every session to make sure that I was comfortable. I left every session knowing that I was taken care of. I no longer worry about further varicose vein development, because I know if/when they come, I'll have a great Doctor to help out.

This was the most incredible experience. I had seen another Physician twice for my veins. This is the most honest, caring and knowledgeable Physician. He explains everything in great detail, writes the information on a sheet and goes over it again and then you can ask as many questions as you want. There is no pressure to proceed with any treatment once he has informed you of all the medical details. I booked my treatment and at the start of the appointment he went over everything again and said if I had changed my mind I was under no obligation to proceed. Each appointment was informative. I had four 1 hour treatments. The results are amazing. Dr Udwadia is the first Physician to explain everything and after 20 years of pain and swelling, I now can wear shorts again. He is so competent and caring . After each treatment, he called me at home to check that I was okay and had been for my walk. Such a dedicated Physician with a wonderful bedside manner. His two ladies at the front desk are amazing and so kind, considerate and caring. What a wonderful experience. I would recommend this Physician to all people who are having problems with Varicose and
Spider veins. The world would be a better place with more Physicians who are so dedicated and caring, and who put the patient as the first priority. Thank you Dr Udwadia and your lovely Staff.

Good doctor knowledgeable, compassionate.
I was told I will need 3 visits to get my legs veins done...I'm already at the 4th treatment .
I'm happy with the result but a better assessment of the situation would be preferable.

An exceptional doctor. I am extremely happy with my results. Did not feel rushed as he took the time to answer all my questions and explained everything in great detail. He followed up with a call to make sure I was alright after me treatment. The ladies at the reception are so polite and wonderful. All round a great clinic and wonderful doctor.
